がこれらの条件を満たす機能構造とするものである。

とは特異な例にすぎず、通常の施設にては人力手動によ
るほうが望ましく、その取扱かってと、扉の占有空間の
関係から、扉一枚の大きさは自ずと制約寸法が図られ
る。給雪作業におけるロータリー車での、雪の投入吹き
込みは、壁面や間仕切り扉に相当の打撃重力をもたらす
ことから、間仕切り扉の支えとしても、これらえの中間
支柱は有効なサポートとなる。また落し込み方式の貫抜
きは、柱構造と一体での締め込みとなることから、投げ
込み雪の打撃による間仕切り扉のガタつきをとどめる、
給雪の終了後任意時期よりの間仕切り扉の開放は、貫抜
きの取り外しも含む手作業にて容易に開放が実行でき
る。天井高さのある場合は一枚扉の長過ぎが、雪の打撃
重量にて歪をもたらす事にもなるので、上下分割扉と
し、中間作業床を設置、扉操作の容易性と中間支柱の補
強構造ともなる。以下図面にて話をすすめる、第1図は
雪室方式冷温農産物貯蔵庫の一例にて間取りの平面図で
ある。断熱壁D、によって囲われる雪室A、と荷室B、
が配置されこの空間任意の位地に扉構造間仕切りG、を
設置する。また荷室B側に通常建築による前室C、を配
置し荷裁き場とする。雪室A、には雪の搬入を行う、雪
室給雪用断熱戸E、があり、荷室B、には同じく断熱構
造の荷室貯蔵品出し入れ戸F、が備えられている。また
前室C、には荷裁き作業出入りの、前室戸外出入り戸
H、が造作されている。給雪作業の初期には、雪室A、
の中へ、その後は雪室給雪用断熱戸E、の近くに車両運
搬ないしは、ロータリーにて集雪し、一次作業とする。
同時進行で庫内では、奥の方より順次ロータリーにて、
天井高さまで雪の積み上げを行う、以上の作業内容か
ら、扉構造間仕切りG、の設置を必要とするものであ
る。次に第2図によって間仕切り壁の設置様態を説明す
る。2図のA、に示されるのは第1図G、で示される点
線上に設置される扉構造間仕切りの平面にて、付帯構造
の作業床も含むものである。図中扉構造間仕切り支柱
1、で示される間柱は間仕切り壁スペースに任意の間隔
で設置され、これに間仕切り扉3、が取り付けられる。
これに貫抜き受け6、があり、これに貫抜き2、が収ま
り扉が固定される。扉構造間仕切りには、図中B、に示
す作業床支柱4、と作業床手摺5、によって構成され
る、図中A・Cに示される作業床7、が存在する。高所
位地となる扉の開閉作業はこの作業床で行う。第3図は
本出願の特徴の一つである、落し込み方式貫抜きの状態
を示すもので、図中C、における貫抜き受け6、と貫抜
き2、の成形に効果を示す、貫抜き受けは上部が広くな
る成形で、貫抜きは下部が狭くなる成形となっている。
このはめ合から、貫抜きの自重で隙間のなくなる所まで
下がり、戸のガタつきをなくす。また図中Aにしめす所
の貫抜き受けは、扉構造真仕切り支柱1、と真仕切り扉
3、の双方にあるところから、扉は支柱と一体化で締め
込まれ、より安定化する。
