でに無い性質の耐熱、耐摩耗、耐食性と電気絶縁性にす
こぶる優れた特性を持った優れたものが出来、今までの
ファインセラミックスでは無かった良性の特徴を持った
ずば抜けた性質を表した物が出来た。これらはファイン
セラミックスに高付加価値をもたらした製品で用途使用
目的により、数段の進歩と価値を備えた物で、その利用
価値は多大で効果の大きい発明と言える。同様の方法で
タングステンやモリブデンを加えた物もファインセラミ
ックスの性質をより高め素晴らしい物が出来る。他にも
応用が可能でファインセラミックスの高付加価値化が図
れ大いに満足のいく発明である。
