2. Description of the Related Art Below a wooden building such as a conventional house,
If it is too dry, it will crack the wood, and if it is humid, it will corrode and damage the termites. Therefore, maintaining the underfloor environment is an extremely important issue in managing the life of buildings. is there. Preventive measures are taken by using insect repellents and insecticides to prevent and eliminate termites, and by covering the entire floor surface with concrete in cases where the floor is too dry or humid. However, these methods are merely coping methods and involve many problems, and a universal measure was desired.

[0003] As one of the measures, a method of using a highly hygroscopic compound such as quicklime, calcium chloride, silica gel, magnesium chloride or the like in a container on the floor base surface has been studied, and the dehumidifying effect has been recognized. However, on the other hand, since these compounds are deliquescent, they gradually absorb moisture and become muddy, and the mudified matter must be removed, which poses a problem in handling. In addition, there is another example in which zeolite is used as a moisture absorbent.

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-55540 discloses a method in which zeolite pulverized and formed on an aluminum sheet is sprayed for humidity control under the floor, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-14443.
In Japanese Patent Publication No. 88, a mixture of silica gel, zeolite, and carbon is sandwiched between double sheets consisting of a non-permeable sheet and a breathable sheet, and laid under the floor. However, although these humidifiers containing zeolite as a main component have a large hygroscopicity, they do not have a very high humidity control effect of releasing moisture in a dry state. It was not possible to show the effect.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 6-99063 discloses a lightweight cellular concrete (hereinafter referred to as ALC) having a particle size of 0.5.
There is disclosed a technique for adjusting the humidity by adjusting the particle size to about 4.5 mm and providing it under the floor. However, in the technology described in this publication,
It is necessary to adjust the particle size of ALC to a desired particle size in advance,
And because it is sprayed directly as powder under the floor, or formed into a humidity control sheet in advance and the sheet is laid directly under the floor, not only the moisture under the floor, but also the moisture emanating from the ground in some cases It was not very effective in improving the underfloor environment.

Further, Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 2529439 discloses a humidity control comprising a porous calcium silicate hydrate such as tobermorite inside a mat bag comprising a moisture-permeable surface portion and a moisture-impermeable surface portion. A humidity control and heat insulation mat filled with a material is disclosed. However, this mat has been exposed to the atmosphere through the permeable surface from the time of filling the porous calcium silicate hydrate, the porous calcium silicate hydrate is placed under the wooden building floor Since moisture absorption has been started before, freshness has already been reduced at the time of use on site, and the humidity control effect has deteriorated.

Further, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-284626, a humidity control material enclosing body composed of a humidity control material enclosing a humidity control material such as activated carbon, zeolite or tobermorite is placed on a moisture-impermeable sheet, and the entire humidity control material enclosing body is mounted. There is disclosed a humidity control material package that is wrapped with a moisture-impermeable sheet so as to cover the package. However, since the enclosure for humidity control material is separate from the impermeable sheet, it is necessary to carefully wrap the enclosure for humidity control so that there is no invasion of outside air at the time of packaging. Inconvenient and inconvenient handling. In addition, there is another problem that it takes time to remove the humidity control material enclosure and the impermeable sheet, which are separate bodies.

The aperture of the opening of the ventilation part is 15 mm
The following size, preferably 10 mm or less. That is, although the size of the opening of the opening varies depending on the material of the flexible container main body, for example, since the nonwoven fabric itself is a fiber having air permeability, it has a size of the opening of 1 mm or less. In the case of a net, the size of the opening is not more than 5 mm. When the flexible container body is made of a vinyl sheet, the opening to be formed is 15 mm.
It is preferable that a plurality of holes having a diameter of about 0.1 to 15.0 mm are formed. Further, the size of the apertures of the openings may be the same, and may be many, or some of the openings having different sizes may be mixed and many. At least the entire outer surface of the ventilation portion of the flexible container body needs to be covered with an easily peelable cover made of a non-breathable material that is peelably attached with a peelable adhesive or the like.

According to the present invention, the easily peelable cover can be handled as an integral flexible container until the cover is peeled from the flexible container body. That is, the ALC crushed by a crusher or the like is stored on the spot as a humidity control material in the flexible container main body, and the entire surface of the ventilation portion, or in some cases, the entire flexible container main body is easily peeled off. And store it in a warehouse.
Further, it is also possible to carry the flexible container body in a state where at least a ventilation portion is covered with the easily peelable cover, and thereafter, the flexible container is moved under the floor of a building by the easily peelable cover. Is laid up (that is, the ventilation part is up), preferably in a laid state, and then the easily peelable cover is peeled off. By peeling off the easily peelable cover, the inside of the container body and the outside air communicate with each other through the ventilation part, and the particulate ALC stored in the flexible container body starts a humidity control action as a humidity control material. Will be done.

Next, the particle size of the powdery ALC as a humidity control material to be stored in the flexible container body may be 20 mm or less, and may be suitably pulverized by a pulverizer or the like. If it is within the range of the particle size, there is no need to subsequently size the particles. The shape is not particularly limited, such as spherical and angular, but when the particle size is extremely fine, it is inconvenient because it leaks out from the ventilation part of the container body, and particularly 0.1 to
It is preferable to set it to about 15.0 mm. The reason is,
Particle size is 0. If it is less than 1 mm, it takes too much time to grind the ALC, and the amount of leakage from the ventilation part of the flexible container main body increases. On the other hand, if it exceeds 15.0 mm, not only does the humidity control effect deteriorate, but also a part protrudes from the opening of the ventilation portion, and the ventilation portion is not completely covered by the easily peelable cover, so that the humidity control material cannot be used. This is because it is inconvenient because it absorbs moisture before use and cannot exert a sufficient humidity control effect.

As described above, according to the flexible container for accommodating the humidity control material and the humidity control method using the same according to the present invention, the following remarkable effects can be obtained. (1) Inexpensive ALC waste material can be used as a humidity control material without being crushed and sized. (2) The flexible container for storing the humidity control material has a function of storing and transporting the ALC, and can be laid directly under the floor of a building and used as a humidity control device. (3) Even when stored in a warehouse or the like for a long time, the humidity control material is shielded from the outside air by the easily peelable cover, so that the humidity control function is stable without deterioration. (4) Dust does not stand up during handling and is easy to handle. (5) The easily peelable cover can be used as it is as a sheet for covering the floor base surface. (6) Since the floor base surface can be covered almost entirely, the humidity control material does not directly absorb moisture from the ground, and the effect of the humidity control material is long lasting. (7) Even when removing the humidity control material, the easily peelable cover can be returned to the original state and easily removed with the flexible container, so that the handling property is extremely good.
