Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bedsores from being generated by no freedom in a body position change after surgical operation. 上をカットする。２１の布の手首線より１．５ｃｍ上にＡ−２の手首線
を合わせて、全体のバランスを見る。Ａ−２の手首線を
左右に、脇線を下に延長し印をつける。図１参照。この
時表布二枚、共に印をつけること。バイアステープの付け方−１１手首の右側からバイアステープ１を印線の上にの
せ、バイアステープの端にミシンをかけ表布に縫いつけ
ていく。その時中指の手前まで、バイアステープの伸縮
を利用して縫う。２中指先と親指先に各々３ケ所ずつバイアステープ−
１にタックをとる。図７参照。３バイアステープ−１は手首を除く周囲に縫いつけ、
更に２ｍｍ外側にミシンをかける。これを二枚作ってお
く。バイアステープの付け方−２１１枚にバイアステープをＡ−２の手首線に合わせ、
バイアステープ−１と同様の方法で縫いつける。２バイアステープ−２の縫いつけていない片側に同様
に二本の飾りミシンをかけ、縫いつけてある一方へ重ね
る。図８を参照。バイアステープ−２の両端の折山を手
首のカット線に合わせた谷折に変え、縫いつけておく。３表布二枚を中表にしＡ−１のカット線上を二度縫い
して合わせる。両手首の端は強度を増すために戻り縫い
をする。４これを返すと手袋状になる。手首より手をいれ、縫
目をしごくように落ち着かせる。中芯の作り方１キルティング二枚を裏を中にして重ね、Ａ−１を写
し取り線上をカットする。２中入れ綿の上にキルティングを裏を上にして置き、
端より５ｍｍ内側を簡単に縫いつけておく。キルティン
グの端外側１ｍｍの所で中入れ綿をカットする。これを
２枚作り各々キルティングａ，ｂとする。３布団綿の上にＡ−４をのせ外側１．５ｃｍの所を切
る。Ａ−４に合わせ綿を折り返す。この時綿の端を引き
延ばしながらこれをキルティングになじませる。キルテ
ィングａにのせる。４Ｂ−１を中入れ綿にのせ周囲をカットし、キルテ
ィングａの親指の部分にのせる。図１２参照５中入れ綿を二つ折にし、折線にＢ−２の手首線に合
わせ周囲をカットする。これを３枚作る。６１枚目はキルティングａの手首線より３ｃｍ上にの
せなじませる。７その上に２枚目は手首線より１．５ｃｍ上にのせ、
同様になじませる。８その上に３枚目は手首線にあわせ同様になじませ
る。更にその上にＡ−１位の大きさのビニールをのせ

る。仕上げ１手袋状になっている表布の中に、中芯を経く縦折に
し挿入する。２キルティングｂとビニールの間に手をいれ、中芯を
きちんと入れる。そのビニールをとる。３手首のバイアステープを返して、手首を二度縫いで
綴じる。中芯を落ち着かせる。４中指線を作る。この時糸を固く縫い絞り溝を作る。
同様に親指線とカーブ線を作る。図−１参照。５手首線より３ｃｍ上を手首線に沿って手の平の線が
