Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accumulator from being deformed by a concentrated load applied to it and a rubber packing from being come out due to vibration when the accumulator is installed. SOLUTION: Projections 11 and 12 are provided near both the end parts of a rubber packing 10. When the rubber packing 10 is wound on an accumulator 3 and fixed pressingly to it with a band 20, holes 21 and 22 are provided in the band 20 at the positions with which two projections 11 and 12 are brought in contact. In this case, a distance between the projections in the rubber packing 10 and the end part near the projections is halved or suitably reduced rather smaller than that between the holes 21 and 22 provided in the band 20. Thus the concentration of load can be prevented by winding the rubber packing 10 on the accumulator 30 so that the end part of the rubber packing 10 is not overlapped, and also the rubber packing 10 is prevented from being come out by engaging the projections 11 and 12 with the holes 21 and 22 so as to engage the rubber packing 10 with the band 20.

記アキュムレータに巻いて前記バンドで押付固定する際
に,前記2つの突起がそれぞれ当接する前記バンドの位
置に穴を設けて,前記突起と前記穴とが嵌合して前記弾
性部材と前記バンドとが係合するようにしたことを特徴
とするアキュムレータ固定装置。
