When the oil fences were withdrawn, it was necessary to remove the deposits on the oil fences. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used as an oil fence or in a float portion of an existing oil fence, and is further installed on a seawater intake of a facility to inflow waste oil and creatures flowing out of the seawater from the seawater intake. The present invention relates to an antifouling tarpaulin used for prevention.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when an oil fence used in the ocean is immersed in seawater for a long period of time, for example, for one year or more, marine creatures such as shellfish and algae adhere to the fence, thereby lowering the original buoyancy. They had to be replaced frequently because they did not fulfill their role as an oil fence. Furthermore, when the oil fence was withdrawn, it was necessary to remove deposits such as shellfish and algae on the oil fence. Conventionally, a paint mixed with a metal powder such as copper or a silicone oil has been used as a paint for preventing adhesion of marine creatures in seawater. For example, the conventionally used antifouling agent containing dimethyl silicon as a main component has water repellency, but is inferior in antifouling properties and is sufficiently effective against antifouling tarpaulins used for oil fences. Did not demonstrate. Therefore, there has been a demand for a more improved antifouling tarpaulin for preventing the attachment of marine creatures to such oil fences and other attached objects in seawater, ships, and the like.

Or anti-fouling tarpaulins for seawater or seawater intake protection, and effective for preventing waste oil in seawater and marine creatures from adhering to ships and marine facilities by being installed on ships and marine facilities. Provided on one or both sides of an antifouling-pollin sheet, a paint containing an oxyalkylene group-containing chain organopolysiloxane as a main component, to remove waste oil in seawater, marine creatures, and other pollutants. An antifouling tarpaulin used for removal. As the alkylene group-containing chain organopolysiloxane used in the present invention, Aquasafe, trade name, manufactured by NATEX Corporation described in JP-B-6-104793 is used. For example, aqua-safety is applied to the surface or both sides of a tarpaulin of a synthetic resin film such as a polyvinyl chloride film or a polyester film, and used as an antifouling tarpaulin.

(Trade name, Toray Co., Ltd., Tetron) A tarpaulin of a film may be directly brush-coated with the antifouling agent Aquasafe used in the present invention on the surface, but the antifouling agent Aquasafety on the tarpaulin may be used. In order to strengthen the adhesion of the primer layer, for example, a primer of a usual paint such as a butadiene acrylonitrile copolymer, a butadiene methyl acrylate copolymer, a methyl acrylate copolymer or the like is first applied to form a primer layer. It is more preferable to prepare the antifouling agent Aquasafe of the present invention and then prepare the antifouling tarpaulin of the present invention by brushing, for example. That is, a first aspect of the present invention is to provide a primer comprising an oxyalkylene group-containing linear organopolysiloxane on one or both sides of a tarpaulin with an undercoat primer.
An antifouling tar, characterized in that the antifouling tar is applied by using or without using it, and is stretched and used in seawater as an antifouling tarpaulin for preventing adhesion of creatures in water or seawater. The second is a bollin, the second of which is the antifouling tarpaulin described in the first above, which is stretched for antifouling on the bottom or side surface of a ship, or of an oil fence stretched in water or seawater. It is installed on the float or skirt, or installed on the seawater intake of the facility, and is used to prevent inflow of waste oil and seawater creatures flowing out into seawater. The antifouling tarpaulin according to the first aspect described above.

The results are summarized in [Table 2]. As shown in Table 2, the results of the test show that the untreated PVC taporin is completely adhered to shellfish and seaweed both on the sea surface and in the seawater. -The porin is only partially adhered or only a very small amount adhered when set in the northward direction on the sea surface; in other cases, it was adhered in a very small amount or hardly adhered. For example, it has been found that it can be used as an antifouling tarpaulin for a long period of time when used for a float portion, a skirt portion, or a structure in seawater on the upper surface of the sea surface of an oil fence.

Alternatively, brush coating is performed, and the skirt portion of the twisted net, the FRP film (dipping method), and the FRP film (brush coating method) are set in seawater for 3 months, 12 months, and 15 months. Tests of the state of adhesion of marine organisms such as shellfish and algae were conducted for one to eighteen months, and the results are shown in [Table 3].
