DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
As shown in FIG. 1, the coin discriminator body 1 forms a coin passage 2 having a rectangular cross section.
I do. The coin passage 2 has a linear and vertical upper surface where various sensor units 3 are arranged.
It comprises a portion 2a and a wider lower portion 2b. Receiving gate 4 has two
The direction of the coin is changed along either side of the coin. Accepting game
G4 usually closes those routes or signals from the sensor unit 3
, A route is opened. Koi
The upper portion 2a of the passage 2 is larger than the diameter of the largest coin 5 among the target coins.
Has a greater width and a depth greater than the thickness of the thickest coin. Ko
The entrance to the upper part 2a of the in passage is provided with a coin insertion slot (not shown) of the coin discriminator.
Are expanded to simplify linearity.
The sensor section 3 will be described in more detail.

D) 6 is provided. The slit 7 extends across the deepest part of the upper part 2a of the coin passage.
It is cut and extended. The upstream optical sensor further receives a light beam from the LED 6.
The lens-type photoconductor 8 is provided so as to be linearly arranged so as to be cut off.
Similarly, the downstream optical sensor unit includes a lens-type LED 9, a slit 10, and a coil.
Composed of a lens-type photosensor 11 for irradiating a light beam D across the passage 2
It is arranged at a small interval below the upstream optical sensor unit.
Two elongated detections between the upstream optical sensor and the downstream optical sensor
A coil 12 is provided. These two detection coils 12 are located above the coin passage.
It is installed vertically in each slot extending vertically across the width W of 2a.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the detection coil 12 has a coil winding 21 therearound.

0 can be attached. The purpose of this shield 22 is to
In addition to increasing the Q, the electromagnetic interference (electromagnetic
rference: sensitivity to EMI) and coin path 2 of coin discriminator (see Fig. 1)
Both reduce electromagnetic energy radiated from coils other than inside.
The winding form 20 and the electromagnetic shield 22 are made of alkyl-silane or amino-silane.
Coating ferrite particles with a coupling agent such as
The ferrite particles are made by mixing the ferrite particles with polypropylene.
The composition made is then heated to about 150 ° C. and injection molded. Molding
After processing, the former 20 and the electromagnetic shield 22 are connected to the sprue to which they are connected.
Removed. The coil winding 21 is wound directly on the former 20 and then

Which will be readily understood. In fact, rather than pressing or sintering
Rather, complex structures are easily created by techniques such as casting, machining and welding.
It is a feature of the present invention that it can be manufactured.
