Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)紙製造繊維の水性懸濁液を無端移動多孔性形成用布の表面上に堆積させ、 約15ないし約25パーセントの密度を有する湿潤ウェブを形成し、 b)該湿潤ウェブを、前記形成用布から該形成用布より約5ないし約75%だけ 遅い速度で移動する第1の移送用布に移し、 c)前記湿潤ウェブを前記第1の移送用布から乾燥用布に移し、該ウェブを非 圧縮状態で乾燥させる、 段階からなるセルロースウェブを製造する方法。 2.前記乾燥用布は貫通乾燥用布であり、前記ウェブは貫通乾燥されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記貫通乾燥ウェブは、前記貫通乾燥用布から比較的スムーズな搬送布に移 され、該搬送布と別の比較的スムーズな布との間の固定ギャップ内で圧縮されて 前記乾燥されたウェブのキャリパーを制御し減少させることを特徴とする請求項 2に記載の方法。 4.前記貫通乾燥ウェブが、2つか、3つ以上の固定ギャップ内で圧縮されて、 連続する固定ギャップの各々は先の固定ギャップよりも小さいことを特徴とする 請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記貫通乾燥ウェブは、3つか、4つ以上の固定ギャプ内で圧縮されること を特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 6.前記湿潤ウェブは、貫通乾燥させる前に、前記第1の移送用布から第2の移 送用布に移されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 7.前記第2の移送用布は、前記第1の移送用布よりも遅い速度で移動すること を特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 8.真空スロットを有する移送シューを用いて前記湿潤ウェブが前記形成用布か ら前記第1移送用布に移され、前記形成用布と前記移送用布は前記真空シューの 前縁において接近し離散するとを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記乾燥用布は貫通乾燥用布であり、前記湿潤ウェブは貫通乾燥されること を特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 10.前記第1移送用布から前記貫通乾燥用布に前記ウェブを移すことは、前記移 送用布と前記貫通乾燥用布との間の固定ギャップで実行され、該固定ギャップは 前記移送用布から離れる前記ウェブの厚さに等しいか、それ以上の間隔を有し、 前記ウェブが前記移転の間に圧縮されないようになっていることを特徴とする請 求項9に記載の方法。 11.a)紙製造繊維の水性懸濁液を無端移動多孔性形成用布の表面上に堆積させ、 約15ないし25パーセントの密度を有する湿潤ウェブを形成し、 b)前記湿潤ウェブを、真空スロットを有する移送シューを用いて前記形成用 布から移送用布に移し、この際、前記形成用布と前記移送用布が前記真空スロッ トの前縁で接近し離散するようにし、さらに前記移送用布が、前記形成用布より も約15ないし約25%遅い速度で移動するようにし、 c)前記湿潤ウェブを前記移送用布から貫通乾燥用布に移し、前記ウェブが非 圧縮状態で乾燥される、 段階からなるセルロースウェブを製造する方法。 12.a)紙製造繊維の水性懸濁液を無端移動多孔性形成用布の表面に堆積させて、 約15ないし約25パーセントの密度を有する湿潤ウェブを形成し、 b)該湿潤ウェブを、真空スロットを有する移送シューを用いて、前記形成用布 から該形成用布よりも約5パーセントから約75パーセント遅い速度で移動す る移送用布に移し、この際に、前記形成用布と前記貫通乾燥用布が前記真空スロ ットの前縁で接近し離散するようにし、 c)前記ウェブを非圧縮的に乾燥させる、 段階からなるセルロースウェブを製造する方法。 13.前記形成用布と前記貫通乾燥用布との間の接近角と拡がり角は約0.5°か、 それ以上であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.請求項1、11、または12の方法によって製造されるセルロースウェブ。 15.ペーパタオルまたはワイパーとして使用するのに適しており、約3200マ イクロインチか、それ以下の表面平滑度を有する非クレープ状態で非カレンダー 仕上げの貫通乾燥セルロースウェブ。 16.前記表面平滑度は約2500マイクロインチか、それ以下であることを特徴 とする請求項15に記載のウェブ。 17.前記表面平滑度は約1500マイクロインチか、それ以下であることを特徴 とする請求項15に記載のウェブ。 18.前記表面平滑度が、約1500から約3200マイクロインチであることを 特徴とする請求項15に記載のウェブ。 19.約1500から約3200マイクロインチの表面平滑度を有する2つか、そ れ以上の非クレープ状態で非カレンダー仕上げの貫通乾燥ウェブからなるマルチ プライペーパタオルまたはワイパー。
