Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 最低輝度レベルと最高輝度レベルとの間の範囲内の選択したレベルまで 、ランプの輝度レベルを連続的に調整するための調光回路を含む、ランプを動作 させるための調光可能な安定器において、 前記ランプの消灯条件を検出し、前記消灯条件の検出に応じて帰還制御信号を 発生する帰還制御回路、 を更に備え、前記調光回路は前記帰還制御信号に応答して前記ランプの輝度レベ ルを前記選択されたレベルより高いレベルまで調整することにより、前記ランプ の消灯条件を避けることを特徴とする調光可能な安定器。 2. 前記帰還制御回路は、前記ランプに供給されるランプ電圧に比例する電 圧レベルを持つランプ電圧帰還信号を発生する第1の手段を含み、かつ、前記ラ ンプ電圧帰還信号に応答して、前記ランプ電圧帰還信号の電圧レベルが指定され たしきい値電圧レベルを超えた時に前記帰還制御信号を発生する第2の手段を含 む請求項1記載の調光可能な安定器。 3. 前記帰還制御信号の電圧レベルが、前記ランプに供給されるランプ電圧 が指定されたしきい値電圧レベルを超える量に比例する請求項1又は2記載の調 光可能な安定器。 4. 前記消灯条件は、周囲温度が指定された温度レベルより低く、前記ラン プの前記輝度レベルが指定された輝度レベルより低いという、前記ランプの動作 条件を含む請求項1又は2又は3記載の調光可能な安定器。 5. 交流入力電力を直流出力電力に変換するための変換回路と、 前記直流出力電力を交流出力電力に変換するためのインバータと、 前記交流出力電力を前記ランプに供給するための出力段と、 を更に備え、前記交流出力電力は前記交流出力電力の電流レベルに逆比例する電 圧レベルを持ち、 前記調光回路は前記帰還制御信号に応答して、その帰還制御信号に比例する特 性を持つ調光制御信号を発生する手段を含み、 前記インバータは前記調光制御信号に応答して前記交流出力電力の前記電流レ ベルを高くする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の調光可能な安定器。 6. 前記出力段は変圧器を含み、その変圧器の一次巻線が前記交流出力電力 に結合され、二次巻線が前記ランプに結合され、 前記帰還制御回路の前記第1の手段は、前記変圧器の一次側に設けられている 帰還巻線を含む、 請求項2又は5記載の調光可能な安定器。 7. 前記帰還制御回路の前記第2の手段は、前記指定されたしきい値電圧レ ベルに等しい指定された降伏電圧を持つツェナーダイオードを含む請求項6記載 の調光可能な安定器。 8. 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の調光可能な安定器が設けられた小型 蛍光灯。
