Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体採取・分注装置を用いた液体の採取・分注中に温度変化によって生ずる採 取・分注誤差を校正する方法であって、液体採取・分注装置として気体通路を介し て互いに連通する2つの室を有するものを用い、該気体通路に連通した第1室を 採取・分注すべき液体に連通させ、且つ第2室を該気体通路との連通部分を除き 気密に構成し、液体採取・分注装置内に液体を採取するため第2室内の容積を増 加させて、第1室から第2室に気体を流入させ、次いで両室内の圧力が平衡に達 するまで採取・分注すべき液体を第1室内に採取する方法において、第1室から 第2室に流入する気体の温度変化を測定し、第2室内において生ずる容積の変化 を、該測定された気体の温度変化に基づいて校正して、第1室に所望の量の液体 を採取するようにしたことを特徴とする採取・分注誤差の校正方法。 2.前記第1室への液体の採取(liquid sampling)に先立ち、各室内に別個に備 えられたセンサーを用いて両室内の温度測定を行うことを特徴とする、請求項1 に記載の校正方法。 3.前記第1室への液体の採取に先立ち、気体の温度変化を測定するため第2室 内に備えられたセンサーを用いて第2室内の温度を測定し、また前記第1室への 液体の採取中に、第1室から第2室に流入する気体の温度を測定することを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の校正方法。 4.気体通路を介して互いに連通する2つの室(1、2)を備えた液体採取・分 注装置であって、該気体通路(3)に連通する第1室(1)が採取・分注すべき 液体(5)に連通し、且つ第2室(2)が該気体通路との連通部分を除き気密に 構成されるとともにその容積を調節する手段(4)を備え、また1つの室から他 の室に流入する気体の温度変化を測定するための温度センサー(6、7)を備え 、更に第2室(2)内の容積調節手段(4)に対し、温度変化に対応して容積の 校正を指示する手段を備えたことを特徴とする液体採取・分注装置。 5.前記温度センサー(6、7)が両方の室(1、2)にそれぞれ備えられてい ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の液体採取・分注装置。 6.前記温度センサー(7)が第2室(2)のみに備えられていることを特徴と する、請求項4に記載の液体採取・分注装置。 7.前記温度センサーがNTCセンサーであることを特徴とする、請求項4〜6 のいずれかに記載の液体採取・分注装置。 8.前記第2室内の容積調節手段が、気密に構成されたプランジャーであること を特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の液体採取・分注装置。 9.前記第1室がピペットチップ(8)であることを特徴とする、請求 項4〜8のいずれかに記載の液体採取・分注装置。 10.前記第1室が脱着式ピペットチップ(8)からなり、前記第2室がピペッ ト本体中を貫通する気体通路(3)を介してピペットチップに連通しているピペ ット本体中に形成された空間(9)であって、本体に固定された取付け用部材( 10)により、ピペットチップと空間の間の気体通路に近接した位置にセンサー を備えたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の液体採取・分注装置。 11.前記取付け用部材(10)が把手状であり、前記センサーが把手状取付け 用部材の2本の脚の間に取付けられ、且つその両方の脚の末端が装置の本体に取 付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の液体採取・分注装置。
