Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.経皮性アクセス装置であって、 2つの端部と管腔とを有し、皮膚から突出するための円筒形のチューブ状ネ ックと、 前記ネックの一端にあり、皮下組織に係留するための環状のスカートと、 前記ネックの他端から延伸する可撓性のアコーディオン様スリーブであって 、自由端を有すると共に前記ネックと共に装置を貫通する管腔を画定するスリー ブと、及び 前記スリーブの前記自由端にあり、アクセス装置をアクセス用カテーテルに 対して機械的に結合させるためのコネクタ手段とからなる装置。 2.前記ネック及び前記スカートを被覆する多孔性材料の層をさらに含む、請求 項1の装置。 3.前記多孔性材料がポリエステルベロアである、請求項2の装置。 4.前記スカートにある複数の貫通孔の列をさらに含む、請求項1の装置。 5.さらにアクセス用カテーテルを含み、このカテーテルが、 前記管腔に受容され2つの端部を有するカテーテルチューブと、及び 前記カテーテルチューブの一端に接続された継ぎ手であって、前記コネクタ 手段と相互係合して前記スリーブの前記自由端を前記アクセス用カテーテルに対 して機械的に結合させる戻り止め手 段を含む継ぎ手を含む、請求項1の装置。 6.前記スカート、前記ネック及び前記スリーブが、可撓性の医用グレードのポ リウレタンからなる、請求項1の装置。 7.前記コネクタ手段が、 前記スリーブの前記自由端にあるチューブ状のカラーと、及び 前記カラーの内側表面上に形成され、前記アクセス用カテーテルと相互係合 するための環状リップからなる、請求項1の装置。 8.経皮性アクセス装置であって、 貫通開口を有する平坦なスカートと、 前記スカートから延伸するチューブ状のネックであって、前記開口を取り囲 むと共に可撓性のアコーディオン様のチューブ状延伸部を有するネックと、前記 開口、前記ネック及び前記延伸部が管腔を画定し、前記管腔がアクセス用カテー テルセットのカテーテルをカテーテルと管腔の壁との間での接触を最小限のもの として受容する大きさであることと、及び 前記延伸部の自由端にあり、前記延伸部の前記自由端を前記アクセス用カテ ーテルセットに対して機械的に結合するためのコネクタ手段とからなる装置。 9.前記スカートと前記ネックを実質的に被覆する多孔性材料の層をさらに含む 、請求項8の装置。
