Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.作用電極組立体を備えた検体用センサにおいて、作用電極組立体が、微小電 極配列を有し、各微小電極がレドックス状態依存導電性有機重合体の層で被覆さ れており、対向電極と、導電性媒体受容体とを有し、該受容体内には電極が配置 されかつ分析すべき物質が導入され、電極間に交流の電気分極電位を印加する手 段と、検体の存在する(作用電極−対向電極)平面間の電気伝導度特性の変化を 検出する手段とを更に有することを特徴とする検出用センサ。 2.前記導電性媒体受容体が導電性溶液からなる、請求の範囲第1項に記載のセ ンサ。 3.検出される前記電気伝導度特性が、(作用電極−対向電極)平面間のインピ ーダンスである、請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載のセンサ。 4.前記電気伝導度特性の変化が、適用周波数の関数として検出される、請求の 範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 5.前記電気伝導度特性の変化が単一の適用周波数で検出される、請求の範囲第 1項〜第4項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 6.前記作用電極が、平板電極に絶縁性重合体を被覆し、絶縁性重合体被覆を超 音波加工により粗面化して複数の微孔を形成し、かつ該微孔内にレドックス状態 依存導電性有機重合体を堆積させることにより製造される、請求の範囲第1項〜 第5項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 7.前記導電性有機重合体が、化学蒸着または光重合により電気化学的に堆積さ れる、請求の範囲第6項に記載のセンサ。 8.前記導電性有機重合体のマトリックス中には、酵素が捕捉されている、請求 の範囲第1項〜第7項のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 9.前記酵素が、グルコースオキシダーゼ、アルコールオキシダーゼまたはアル コールデヒドロゲナーゼである、請求の範囲第8項に記載のセンサ。 10.前記絶縁性重合体が、ポリジアミノベンゼンジヒドロクロリド、テフロン、 PVCまたはポリエチルビニルベンゼンである、請求の範囲第6項〜第9項のい ずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 11.平板電極に絶縁性重合体を被覆し、絶縁性重合体被覆を超音波加工により粗 面化して複数の微孔を形成し、かつ該微孔内にレドックス状態依存導電性有機重 合体を堆積させることからなることを特徴とする作用電極組立体の製造方法。 12.前記有機重合体が、化学蒸着または光重合により電気化学的に堆積される、 請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。 13.前記有機重合体のマトリックス中には、酵素が捕捉されている、請求の範囲 第11項または第12項に記載の方法。
