Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アクティブな音響的減衰をなすパーソナル方法であって、 −a)受信された制御信号に応じて、不要なノイズを低減するために、アクティ ブな減衰信号(SA)を送出できるソース(30)を設ける段階と、 −b)前記不要なノイズをピックアップするセンサ手段(20)を設ける段階と 、 −c)個人の頭部の近辺に前記センサ手段(20)と共に前記ソース(30)を 支持できる音響的構造体(2)を設ける段階と、 −d)前記ソース用に前記アクティブな減衰制御信号を発生できる電子制御手段 (50)を設ける段階と、 −e)所定期間中に、前記ソースの出力と前記センサ手段の入力との間における 少なくともインパルス応答(H)を決定するために、前記ソースの入力に選択さ れた電気信号を予め付与する段階と、 −f)前記センサ手段によって送出される信号のエネルギーを最小化するために 、先行して決定された前記インパルス応答に少なくとも準じて設定された所定の 処理規則に従って、リアルタイムで前記アクティブな減衰制御信号を決定する段 階との諸段階を含み、 前記段階c)が、少なくとも前記アクティブな減衰制御信号の決定中及び個人 の存在下において、前記センサ手段(20)及び前記ソース(30)が内部に収 容されている容積体(534)を不変に維持して、前記ソース(30)の出力と 前記センサ手段(20)の入力との間の前記インパルス応答(H)が不変に維持 されることを可能とするために、前記音響的構造体(2)を改変することから成 る方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、 −g)選択された位置に配置されて、リアルタイムでその位置から前記空間(4 )へ伝搬できる不要ノイズをピックアップすることができる遠隔センサ手段(6 0)を設け、前記処理規則が、こうしてピックアップされた前記遠隔ノイズに更 に準じて設定される段階を更に含む方法。 3.アクティブな音響的減衰をなすパーソナル装置であって、 −受信された制御信号に応じて、不要なノイズを低減するために、アクティブな 音響的減衰信号(SA)を送出できるソース(30)と、 −前記不要なノイズをピックアップするセンサ手段(20)と、 −個人の頭部の近辺に前記センサ手段(20)と共に前記ソース(30)を支持 できる音響的構造体(2)と、 −所定期間中に、前記ソースの出力と前記センサ手段の入力との間における少な くとも1つのインパルス応答(H)を決定するために、前記ソースの入力に選択 された電気信号を予め付与する電子制御手段(50)であり、前記センサ手段に よって送出される信号のエネルギーを最小化するために、先行して決定された前 記インパルス応答に少なくとも準じて設定された所定の処理規則に従って、リア ルタイムで前記アクティブな減衰制御信号を決定する電子制御手段(50)と、 前記音響的構造体(2)が、少なくとも前記アクティブな減衰制御信号の決定 中及び個人の存在下において、前記センサ手段(20)及び前記ソース(30) が内部に収容されている容積体(534)を不変に維持して、前記ソース(30 )の出力と前記センサ手段(20)の入力との間の前記インパルス応答(H)が 不変に維持されることを可能とするために、支持及び保護の手段(520,60 0)を具備していることから成るタイプの装置。 4.前記支持手段(520)がケーシングを備え、該ケーシングが、音響的に略 不伝導な壁部と、個人の頭部近辺に設計された開口部と、音響的に略不伝導で、 当該ケーシングを第1キャビティ(534)及び第2キャビティ(532)に分 割する仕切板と、を具備しており、前記第1キャビティ(534)が前記開口部 に従って開放されると共に前記センサ手段(20)を含み、前記ソースが前記仕 切板によって支持され、該ソースから発せられた信号が前記第1キャビティ内に 直に伝搬されて前記ケーシングの前記開口部へ向かっている、請求項3に記載の 装置。 5.前記保護手段(600)が、音響的に略伝導的な材料で覆われ、個人の存在 下においてすら、前記第1キャビティ(534)の前記容積体を不変に維持する ために、前記第1キャビティ(534)内の前記開口部上に折り重ねるように設 計された可倒式の露出状グリルあるいは同様装置を具備する請求項4に記載の装 置。 6.前記音響的構造体(2)が、シートあるいは同様対象物の上方部内に全体的 に一体化されている、請求項3〜5のうち何れか一項に記載の装置。 7.前記センサ手段(20)が、少なくとも1つのマイクロホンあるいは同様装 置を具備する、請求項3〜6のうち何れか一項に記載の装置。 8.選択された位置に配置されて、前記位置から前記空間(4)へ向かって伝搬 され得る不要なノイズをリアルタイムでピックアップすることができる遠隔セン サ手段(60)を更に備え、前記電子制御手段が、このようにしてピックアップ された前記遠隔ノイズに更に準じて前記アクティブな減衰制御信号を決定する請 求項3に記載の装置。 9.前記遠隔センサ手段(60)が、少なくとも1つのマイクロホン及び/又は 少なくとも1つの加速度計を具備する請求項8に記載の装置。 10.前記遠隔センサ手段(60)が、単一指向性で、旋回自在であり、機械的 侵害に対する保護をなす構造体(563)内に収容されている、請求項8及び9 のうち何れか一項に記載の装置。 11.ソース(30)が、少なくとも1つのスピーカあるいは同様装置を含む、 請求項3〜10のうち何れか一項に記載の装置。 12.前記センサ手段及び/あるいは前記遠隔センサ手段が、寄生振動を減衰す ることができる減衰手段上に取り付けられている、請求項3〜10のうち何れか 一項に記載の装置。 13.請求項3〜12の内の何れか一項に記載の前記装置によって得られる、個 人(8)の少なくとも頭部(6)を含むアクティブな音響的減衰空間(4)。 14.全体的なノイズ低減空間を得るべく、部分的重複を伴ってあるいは部分的 重複を伴わずに、略隣接した状態で配置された、請求項13で記載されたような 個々別々となった前記空間を複数含んで成る空間。 15.請求項3〜14のうち何れか一項で記載されたアクティブな音響的減衰を なすパーソナル装置を、少なくとも部分的に収容するシート・タイプあるいは同 様物の音響的構造体。
