2. Description of the Related Art Flat ceramics such as flat tiles and ceramic plates are fired in a tunnel furnace or the like after being arranged vertically on kiln tools. As shown in FIG. 1, this kiln tool includes a receiving base, a plug-in type support pin, and a setter. However, in such a conventional method, "the support pin portion is easily broken", "there is rattling when the frequency of use is increased", and "the upper end portion of the roof tile contacts when the lower end portion of the adjacent roof tile is displaced. In order to prevent this, the interval between the support pins is set wide, so that the number of fired sheets per unit area is limited. " Furthermore, the roof tiles are supported at three points: a pedestal section, a support pin section, and a setter section. However, due to the rattling of the setters and the displacement of the lower end of the roof tiles, the angle of the roof tiles changes, and the adjacent roof tiles are not parallel. For this reason, the flow of the firing gas is also non-uniform, which has caused variations in firing. To solve such problems, the following methods have been proposed, but are not sufficient. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Hei 8-105694 discloses a kiln tool comprising a cradle portion, a support pin portion, and a setter portion, in which the support pin portions are left-right independent or left-right integrated. Even by this method, the support pin portion is easily broken, rattling, the number of sintering per unit area is limited because the interval of the support pin portion is wide, the flow of the sintering gas becomes non-uniform, and the cause of the variation in firing. There are similar problems as described above. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 8-105695 and 8-210784 disclose a device in which a support portion, a support pin portion, and a setter portion are integrated by providing a stacking portion of a tile on a support pin portion. I have. However, in this case, the tile is likely to be detached from the pedestal part, and therefore, the angle with the adjacent tile changes and becomes non-parallel, so that the flow of the firing gas becomes non-uniform and causes a variation in firing. There is a problem.

As described above, in the conventional kiln tool, (1) the setter is not fixed and is unstable. (2) Since the support pin is a plug-in type, it is easily broken. (3) Since the intervals between adjacent tiles are not uniform and are not parallel, the flow of the firing gas becomes uneven, which causes uneven firing. (4) Since the interval between the support pins is wide, the number of fired sheets per unit area is limited. (5)
Since it is a method of assembling the cradle portion, the support pin portion, and the setter portion, there has been a problem that the work of assembling the shelf becomes longer.

As described above, since the swelling portion at the end of the setter is fitted into the groove provided in the pedestal, the setter is firmly held by the pedestal and does not wobble. The intervals are kept uniform and parallel, and the number of fired pieces per unit area of the flat ceramic can be increased,
In addition, the flow of the firing gas in the furnace can be made uniform, and variations in firing can be prevented. In addition, since the setter is received by a convex part having a side surface (slope surface) that is continuous with the slope surface of the groove of the cradle,
The setter can be kept in a more stable state. Further, since the angle of the inclined surface of the groove of the pedestal is more than 90 ° and 150 ° or less with respect to the upper surface of the pedestal, the number of fired pieces per unit area of the flat ceramic can be further increased. Also,
Since the shape of the bulge at the end of the setter is wedge-shaped, cylindrical, or spherical, the wedge action allows the setter to be firmly held by the pedestal.
