Cleaning water pressurizing means for circulating the air, blowing means for blowing air into the cleaning tank, a nozzle having an injection hole for jetting the cleaning water pressurized by the cleaning water pressurizing means, the cleaning tank and A circulation path connecting the cleaning water pressurizing means and the nozzle; and a ventilation path connecting the cleaning tank and the blowing means, connecting the ventilation path to a part of the circulation path, and In the cleaning and rinsing steps, the cleaning water is supplied to the circulation path by providing a ventilation port in the circulation path portion, and by providing a switching valve that closes the ventilation port by moving due to the pressure when the cleaning water is pressurized. When supplied, the cleaning water pressure is applied to the switching valve. To. Then, since the flushing water pressure is larger than the own weight of the switching valve, the switching valve rises using the flushing water pressure as a drive source, and closes the blow port. Therefore, the washing water is supplied to the nozzle, and is sprayed to tableware and the like through the spray hole.

However, the switching valve rises because its own weight is greater than the air pressure of the air. No, the vent remains open. Therefore, the air is supplied not only to the tableware and the like through the nozzle and the injection hole, but also to the washing tank and the tableware and the like from the blowing port. Therefore, the air is uniformly supplied to the washing tank and the dishes from the substantially center of the bottom of the washing tank, so that the drying performance of the dishes can be improved and the drying time can be shortened.

In the washing and rinsing steps, when the washing water is supplied to the circulation path, the washing water pressure acts on the nozzle.
Then, since the cleaning water pressure is larger than the weight of the entire nozzle, the nozzle moves upward, and at the same time, closes the blow port. Therefore, the washing water is supplied to the nozzle, and is sprayed to tableware and the like through the spray hole.

However, since the weight of the entire nozzle is greater than the air pressure of the air, the nozzle does not move upward and the air blows. Open your mouth. Therefore, air is not only supplied to tableware via nozzles and injection holes, but also
It is also supplied to the washing tank and tableware from the air outlet. Therefore,
The air is uniformly supplied to the washing tank and the dishes from substantially the center of the bottom of the washing tank.

The air blown through the path and the air outlet is straightened by the guide vanes without being immediately levitated by the flow straightening plate, guided by the heating element, or blown to every corner in the cleaning tank. Therefore, the air discharged from the air outlet is reliably turned into high-temperature hot air and is blown into the cleaning tank, and the drying performance of tableware and the like arranged at a corner in the cleaning tank can be improved.

The degree of freedom in the arrangement of tableware in the washing tank can be improved. In addition, since the shape of the guide vanes may be formed relative to the shape of the heating element, the degree of freedom of the shape of the heating element can be improved, the watt density of the heating element can be reduced, and the shape of the cleaning tank can be reduced. Has the effect of improving the degree of freedom.

Here, since the flushing water pressure is larger than the own weight of the switching valve and the opening / closing valve, the switching valve and the opening / closing valve rise, the switching valve closes the blowing port, and the switching valve opens the supply port. Therefore, the washing water is supplied to the nozzle, and is sprayed to tableware and the like through the spray hole.

However, the switching valve and the on-off valve do not rise because the weight of the switching valve and the on-off valve is greater than the air pressure of the air. Therefore, the switching valve opens the air outlet and the open / close valve closes the supply port, so that the air is supplied only from the air outlet without being supplied to the nozzle and the injection hole. Therefore, all the air blown from the blower through the circulation path is blown directly from the blower port to the heating element to be supplied as hot air to the washing tank and tableware.

Is larger than the wind pressure of the air, the switching valve 56 does not rise, and the blow port 55 remains open. Therefore, the air flows into the tableware 4 through the nozzle 45 and the injection hole 46.
In addition to being supplied to the cleaning tank 41 and the tableware 48 from the blowing port 55, the air is supplied to the cleaning tank 41 and the tableware 48.

The cleaning water pressure acts on the nozzle 45. Since the cleaning water pressure is larger than the weight of the entire nozzle 45, the nozzle 45 moves upward, and at the same time, closes the blowing port 55. Therefore, the cleaning water 43 is supplied to the nozzle 45,
It is injected into the tableware 48 and the like via the 6.

By providing a switching valve which moves by the pressurizing force and closes the blower port when the pressure is applied, the washing water pressure of the washing water acts on the switching valve when the washing water is supplied to the circulation path in the washing and rinsing steps. Then, since the flushing water pressure is larger than the own weight of the switching valve, the switching valve rises using the flushing water pressure as a drive source, and closes the blow port. Therefore, the washing water is supplied to the nozzle, and is sprayed to tableware and the like through the spray hole.
