Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably reduce the finishing work after injection of a foaming material into the inside space of a panel and foaming thereof, by providing an elastic sealing piece fixed to a part of the periphery of the injection hole at one end, at the inside of the injection hole, in order to close the injection hole, in a wall panel. SOLUTION: Injection holes 6a, 6b, 6c for a foaming material are formed in a part of a frame member 2a constituting one side of a panel 1 and air vent holes 7 are formed at four corners. Elastically deformable sealing pieces 8 are fixed to the inside of these injection holes to close the injection holes 6. Since the sealing piece 8 is fixed to the periphery of the injection hole at one end thereof, when an injection nozzle 9 for the foaming material is inserted into the injection hole on charging it, the sealing piece 8 is deformed along the nozzle and when the nozzle is removed from the injection hole 6 after charging the material, the sealing piece 8 is returned to the original position where the whole body contacts the face of the frame member 2, owing to the elastic force and hence, the injection hole is closed.
