Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such a possibility that the lower end of a heat collecting member is caught even if the gap between the lower end of the heat collecting member and a pan bottom temperature sensor is narrow by providing an inclining part on the entire circumference of at least one of the inner fringe part at the upper end of a heat shielding ring or the lower end of the heat collecting member. SOLUTION: The supporting part 21 of the pan bottom temperature sensor 2 is engaged, at the forward end thereof, with a tubular sensor body 22 movably up and down and a tubular bottomed heat collecting member 23 abutting against the bottom of a pan is applied to the upper part thereof. A coil spring 24 is interposed, while being compressed, between the heat collecting member 23 and the supporting part 21 in order to urge the sensor body 22 and the heat collecting member 23 upward. The lower end 23a of the heat collecting member 23 is superposed on the outer circumferential surface of the sensor body 22 and inflated outward by one stage. In a state where a pan is mounted and the sensor body 22 and the heat collecting member 23 are pushed downward by the bottom of the pan, the lower end 23a is caught by the upper end 1a of a heat shielding ring 1 because it is located lower than the upper end 1a. The inner circumferential fringe of the upper end 1a is beveled in order to eliminate the possibility of being caught.

A gap must be provided between the above-mentioned pan bottom temperature detection sensor and the heat shield ring to allow air to flow from below to cool the pan bottom temperature detection sensor. On the other hand, the diameter of the heat shield ring may be reduced,
In that case, the gap between the pan bottom temperature detection sensor and the heat shield ring becomes narrow. Especially in the case of the internal flame type burner, the flame is formed toward the heat shield ring, so it is necessary to keep the heat shield ring as far away from the flame hole as possible so as not to contact the flame, so that the heat shield ring is possible It is desirable to make it as thin as possible.

However, when the heat shield ring is made thinner to narrow the gap between the pan bottom temperature detection sensor and the heat shield ring, the pan bottom temperature detection sensor is attached, for example, at an angle, or bent by an external force. In such a case, the lower end of the heat collecting member is caught on the inner peripheral portion of the upper end of the heat shield ring while the pan is placed and the sensor body is pushed down through the heat collecting member of the pan bottom temperature detection sensor, and the burner body is further lowered. There is a possibility that a problem of disappearing may occur.

When the heat collecting member is put on the sensor body, the lower end of the heat collecting member overlaps the outer peripheral surface of the sensor body, and becomes a stepped shape. If the inclined portion is provided on at least one of the upper end inner edge portion of the heat shield ring and the lower end of the heat collecting member, even if the pan bottom temperature detection sensor is attached with an inclination, etc. The other does not slip and the stepped portion does not catch on the inner peripheral portion of the upper end of the heat shield ring. Incidentally, the inclined portion may be formed by beveling by cutting off obliquely in a straight line,
Alternatively, it may be formed with a radius so that the inclination angle changes continuously.

By the way, the stepped portion formed by the lower end of the heat collecting member is located above the upper end of the heat shield ring at the rising end position of the sensor body, and when the pan is placed on the heat collecting member, Since the lower end is formed so as to be lower than the upper end of the heat shield ring, there is a problem that the lower end of the heat collecting member is caught by the upper end of the heat shield ring. Therefore, if the lower end of the heat collecting member is formed so as to be lower than the upper end of the heat shield ring at the rising end position of the sensor body, the lower end of the heat collecting member will not be higher than the upper end of the heat shield ring, and heat collection The lower end of the member does not catch on the upper end of the heat shield ring.

Referring to FIG. 2, support portion 2 of temperature sensor 2
A cylindrical sensor body 22 is vertically movably engaged with one end of the sensor body 1, and a bottomed cylindrical heat collecting member 23 that is in contact with the pot bottom PB is covered on an upper portion of the sensor body 22. A thermistor TH, which is a temperature sensing element, is tightly fixed inside the heat collecting member 23. When the heat collecting member 23 is put on the sensor body 22, the coil spring 24 is contracted between the heat collecting member 23 and the support portion 21. Thereby, the sensor body 2
2 and the heat collecting member 23 are urged upward by the urging force of the coil spring 24. Further, the lower end 23 a of the heat collecting member 23 overlaps the outer peripheral surface of the sensor body 22 and swells one step outward from the outer peripheral surface of the sensor body 22. In the present embodiment, when the sensor body 22 and the heat collecting member 23 are at the rising end position by not placing the pot P on the goto 5, the heat collecting member 23 is not placed.
