Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a floor heating panel with reduced uneven temperature distribution in which it can be laid while being cut, fitting to the size of a room. SOLUTION: A panel A is constructed such that a small joist member 13 is inserted between panel members 10, three warm water pipes are piped on the panel member 10 in a meandering manner, and further a heat transfer sheet 15 is stuck to the warm water pipes. In the construction, the heat transfer sheet 15 of the panel A is cut along the small joist member 13, whereby the panel A is cut to the size of a construction filed and is laid in a floor. In the panel A, an auxiliary panel member 16 is laid under and exporsed portion 12a of a warm water pipe 12 exposed from an end surface of the panel, and to an upper surface of the same auxiliary heat transfer sheet 22 is stuck. Further, a central one among the three warm water pipes 1 is distributed to a warm water forward side with the aid of a warm water header 18, and warm water reaching a final end of the panel after circulating the panel A is distributed to the warm water pipes located on opposite sides, and is returned after again circulating the inside of the panel A.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional floor heating mat (panel) is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the mat 1 is formed of expanded polyethylene or expanded polystyrene, and small joists 2 are alternately inserted into the mat 1 so that two hot water pipes 3, 3a each for going and returning are provided. Is arranged so as to meander while bypassing the small joist material 2.
There are standard sizes for tatami mats and three tatami mats, and these mats are laid in combination according to the size of the room. The laying area of this mat requires 60 to 70% of the total floor area, depending on the relationship between the amount of heat radiation and the heating load of the room.

[0003] In addition, the above-mentioned fixed size and the above-mentioned 60 to 7
When 0% of the laying area cannot be secured, custom-sized mats are manufactured and laid. In FIG. 7, reference numeral 4 denotes a heat source unit, which supplies hot water of about 60 ° C. from the heat source unit 4 to the outgoing hot water pipe 3 in the mat 1, makes a round in the mat 1, and turns back at the terminal. However, the conventional floor heating mat has the following disadvantages. 1. When the floor area of the room is large, the number of mats to be laid increases, and the construction takes time and effort. In addition, since the number of connecting portions of the hot water pipe increases, there is also a greater risk of water leakage due to the construction error. 2. It is difficult to cope with a deformed room, and the usage rate of custom sizes increases. 3. Because custom sizes cannot be mass-produced, costs increase. 4. There are many variations of the standard size, and the cost increases due to inventory and the like. 5. The hot water pipes 3 and 3a have large temperature gradients on the going and returning sides, so that the temperature distribution becomes uneven.

[0005] The present invention is proposed in view of the above point, and a large number of fixed-size variations are prepared by cutting a single continuous floor heating panel according to the laying area and shape. The number of hot water pipe connection points as much as possible to reduce the risk of water leakage due to construction mistakes, and to reduce unevenness in temperature distribution. It is an object to provide a small floor heating panel.

When the panel A having the above configuration is constructed, the hot water pipe 12 is exposed at a portion 12 a exposed from the panel material 10.
An auxiliary panel member 16 as shown in FIG. 3 is laid on both sides. The auxiliary panel member 16 has the same thickness as the panel member 10, and has a size that fits between the projecting portions 13 b of the small joist members 13, and is made of the same material as the panel member 10. The hot water pipe 1 is provided on the upper surface of the auxiliary panel member 16.
A semicircular pipe groove 17 for fitting the second exposed portion 12a is formed. Further, an auxiliary heat transfer sheet 22 for bonding to the upper surface of the auxiliary panel member 16 is provided. Note that the width of the auxiliary panel member 16 is set to 400 mm, and in the case of the present embodiment, the width of the entire panel is 180 to facilitate the installation together with the panel body 10 side.

First, the panel A is cut into a predetermined size at the site by cutting the heat transfer sheet 15 at the small joist 13. At this time, the exposed portion 12a of the continuous hot water pipe 12 is also cut. This panel A is laid on the floor and the hot water pipe 12
A hot water header 18 is attached to one end of the exposed portion 12a, and a U-turn header 21 is attached to the cut portion at the other end. A hot water pipe 20 extended from the heat source device 19 is connected to the hot water header 18. In the case of the embodiment, in the hot water header 18, one of the three at the center is on the hot water outgoing side, and the U-turn header 21 is bifurcated and two on both sides are on the return side. Alternatively, two of the two sides may be on the outgoing side and the center may be on the return side (claim 3). Fig. 1 shows an example of this construction.

Next, the exposed portion 12a of the hot water pipe 12 exposed from the end face of each panel member 10 of the panel A may be left as it is, but preferably, this portion should be treated. This processing member and a processing example are shown in FIGS.
Shown in Under the exposed portion 12a of the hot water pipe 12, an auxiliary panel member 16 having a size that fits between the protruding portions 13a of the small joists 13 is laid, and the exposed portion 12a is fitted into a pipe groove 17 of the auxiliary panel member 16. Then, the auxiliary heat transfer sheet 22 is attached on the entire surface of the auxiliary panel member 16 (FIG. 4). By doing so, the exposed portion 1 of the hot water pipe 12
Heat can also be transferred effectively from 2a. Further, the exposed portion 12a of the hot water pipe 12 is stabilized and protected.

FIG. 6 shows panels A 'of different widths
Is an example of a construction in which three hot water pipes 12 are connected by a joint 23, respectively. Note that the panels A and A 'of this embodiment do not have the exposed portion 12a on the hot water pipe 12 and the projecting portion 13a on the small joist 13 and all the panels 1
The present invention is applicable to the example of such a panel material 10 and the hot water pipe 12 and is included in the present invention. In the embodiment, three hot water pipes 1 are used.
Although 2 is used for going and returning, the number of hot water pipes 12 may be set to 4 to 5 by increasing the size of the panel.

As described above, according to the present invention, instead of incorporating all the hot water pipes into the floor heating panel, the detour portion is exposed, and the detour portion is constructed after the panel is laid. . As a result, the following effects are obtained. 1. Panels can be cut to any size with small joists, so there is no need to lay many mats as in the past, and the larger the laid area, the more labor and time It is reduced.

2. Since the number of mats to be laid is reduced, the number of connecting portions of the hot water pipe is also reduced, and accordingly, there is no fear of water leakage due to a construction error. 3. Since the panel body can be cut to any size and laid, it can be used in most rooms without using specially ordered products, and construction costs can be reduced.

6. By using three or more hot water pipes, a panel with less unevenness in temperature distribution can be provided. 7. By using three or more hot water pipes, for example, in the case of a gymnasium, a meeting hall, etc., 4 to 4
By arranging five hot water pipes, the amount of heat radiation can be increased, and the floor heating effect can be enhanced.
