Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction of a ventilating ridge. SOLUTION: This passage formation body 13 is constituted of a ventilating part 24 which is brought in contact with the side face of a ridge beam 12 with the rear face set to the vertical face and a partition part which is inclined from the front bottom end side of the ventilating part 24 in the inclination direction of the roof, a ventilating passage vertically penetrating the ventilating part 24 is formed, and a lot of projections are provided in a line on the tip end upper face of the partition part. After exhaust passage formation bodies 13, 13a... fixing a sealing material which closes a clearance between the partition part and the topmost pantile 7 are mounted on the topmost pantile 7 with the contact face of the ventilating part 24 in contact with the side face of the ridge beam 12, crown tiles 15 are laid and fixed. The bottom of the crown tile 15 is thus brought in contact with the projections so as to compress the sealing material and its bottom face is in a close contact with the top face of the pantile 7 so that the exhaust passage formation bodies 13, 13a... are fixed thereto and the internal air is exhausted to the outside through clearances between the ventilating passage 24 and the projections, and between the crown tile 15 and the pantile 7.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a roof having such a ventilation function, a roof tile is laid on a roof base, and an opening for communicating the attic with the outside is opened in a ridge in the roof base. A plurality of ridge receiving brackets are erected at the same time, a ridge is fixed on the ridge receiving brackets, and crown tiles are laid in series above the ridges, and penetrated from above the crown tiles to the ridge. The roof tiles are fixed to the purlins with fasteners such as long nails and screws that have been driven in, so that the inside air of the attic can be discharged to the outside of the building through the opening and the gap between the roof tiles and the roof tiles. However,
In the above ventilation building structure, raindrops carried by strong winds enter through the gap between the roof tiles and the roof tiles and penetrate into the attic through the opening formed in the roof foundation, causing stains on the ceiling. , Which contributed to malfunctions such as rain leaks.

Next, the operation of the ventilation ridge structure using the exhaust passage forming body according to the present invention will be described. The inside air of the attic 9 is sequentially passed through the opening 10 of the ridge section 8 and the ventilation path 24 of the ventilation section 21 in the exhaust flow path forming bodies 13, 13a, and into the space between the cross tile 7 and the crown tiles 15, 15a. Inlet and protrusion 2
Between 5, 25a, ..., and through the gap between both ends of the roof tile 7 and the roof tiles 15, 15a ..., it is discharged to the outside of the building. In addition, the raindrops riding in the strong wind penetrate inside through the gap between the top tile 7 and the crown tiles 15, 15a, but most of them hit the sealing material 26, and the next projections 25, 25a,. Baffle 35, 35a even if passed
, And finally hits the rising surface 23 even when passing between the baffle plates 35, 35a.
The entry into the interior from 24 is prevented, and the inclined plate 29 (partition plate 2
2) It flows down the upper surface and is discharged outside. Therefore, by adopting the above-mentioned ventilation ridge structure, the inside air of the attic 9 can be discharged to the outside of the building, so that it is possible to provide a comfortable living space, and the lower part of the cross tile 7 and the crown tiles 15, 15a ... Since the intrusion of raindrops from the gaps between the end faces can be prevented, the aging and dirt of the structural material due to moisture can be suppressed as much as possible.

In summary, the present invention provides an opening 10 in a ridge 8 of a roof base 5 and a ridge 12 on a ridge receiving device 11 installed in the ridge 8. Roof tile
The roof tiles 15, 15a ... are laid in series.
Of the roof tile 1 by fixing it with a fixing tool 16 such as a long nail or a screw,
5, 15a ... can be laid by the normal dry method.
A ventilation section 21 is provided between the top tile 7 and the roof tiles 15, 15 a, and has a rear surface as a vertical surface and an abutment surface 20 on the side surface of the purlin 12, from the lower front side of the ventilation section 21. Since it is constituted by the partition plate portion 22 inclined in the gradient direction of the roof, a sufficient space can be formed between the exhaust flow path forming bodies 13, 13a... And the roof tiles 15, 15a. In addition, since a ventilation path 24 vertically penetrating the ventilation part 21 is formed, the inside air is exhausted to the exhaust passage forming body 1.
Can flow into the space between 3, 13a ... and the roof tiles 15, 15a ... In addition, a plurality of protrusions are
Since the projections 25, 25a are arranged in a row, even if the projections 25, 25a contact the lower surfaces of the roof tiles 15, 15a, the inside air can be passed through the gap between the roof tiles 15, 15a to the outside. In addition, since a sealing material 26 for closing the gap between the partition plate portion 22 and the uppermost roof tile 7 is fixedly provided on the lower surface of the leading end of the partition plate portion 22, the clearance between the roof tile 7 and the exhaust flow path forming members 13, 13a. Rainwater can be prevented from entering. Therefore, such an exhaust passage forming body
According to 13, 13a, the inside air passing through the opening 10 is
Discharging to the outside of the building through the space between the 15, 15a and the exhaust flow path forming bodies 13, 13a, between the projections 25, 25a, and between the both ends of the roof tile 7 and the roof tiles 15, 15a. As a result, since it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering, it is possible to realize a ventilation building structure having a perfect waterproof structure. In addition, since the installation work only needs to be added to the installation of the exhaust flow path forming bodies 13, 13a, in addition to the general dry method, the construction of the ventilation ridge structure can be facilitated.

Further, a plurality of baffle plates 35 are provided at intermediate positions of the partition plate portion 22 at positions corresponding to adjacent protrusions 25, 25a.
Since the projections 35a are integrally formed, it is possible to prevent rainwater that has passed between the projections 25, 25a.
