However, in this known apparatus and method, after the thermoplastic wrap film band W is wound around the bag group B, the tube-shaped wrap film portion W1 protruding in the front end direction is heat-sealed. Sometimes, we want to heat seal the inner bag group B as much as possible. However, when the bag group is too close, the inner bag group B will be pinched and welding will be incomplete. The film W may be thermally damaged (see FIG. 11). Therefore, in general, a portion of the bag group B which is separated from the inner bag group B by 15 to 20 mm is a heat seal.
Group, packed bag group B
However, when moving in the outer bag or displaying at the store as a bag group package B2, the loaded bag group package B2 looks bad, and when stacked, the bag group package B2 collapses. easy. After opening, the outer bag is discarded as garbage, so it is better to use as little film material as possible.

The method according to the first aspect of the present invention is constructed and operates as described above. For example, a stack of bags such as 10, 20, or 50 sheets is supplied to a receiving table, and the method is performed as described above. Each time the sheet is wrapped with the wrap film band and the slide receiving plate moves forward after the heat seal with the vertical heat sealer and the transverse heat sealer, the heat seal is performed. In other words, the internal bag groups are remote from the heat seal position, the seal is secure, and the seal is advanced while the jaws are closed or shortly thereafter. The groups are almost in contact with each other, and if the moving dimension of the package having only the rear end opened is optimized, the bag group will be packed in an outer bag with almost no margin. Therefore, the bag group does not move unnecessarily in the outer bag of the package after packaging, and the collapse of the package hardly occurs even when the packages are stacked, and the outer bag after opening is discarded as garbage, but the known outer bag. Rather, it is possible to provide a bag group package that can reduce the amount of dust generated by at least about 2 to 5%.
