Claims (11)

[Claims] 1. A fixing device for fixing a planting pot to an upper end of an external fence, wherein the pot receiving stand is attached to the fence so that it cannot be easily removed from at least the outside of the fence. And a fixing mechanism for fixing the pot to the pot receiving stand. 2. The pot receiving stand comprises a receiving stand main body mounted on an upper end surface of the fence, and a locking piece hanging down from the receiving main body along one or both sides of the surface of the fence.
