光ディスクに対向する光ピックアップを板金製のベース
シャーシに固定してなるピックアップモジュールを、複
数の取付螺子により支持部材に取り付けるようにした光
ディスク装置において、 前記ベースシャーシは前記取付螺子が挿入される複数の
取付孔を有して一体に折曲形成された取付片を備え、前
記取付螺子には前記取付片を前記支持部材側に弾性的に
押圧する屈撓可能な弾性ワッシャが嵌合され、前記支持
部材は、前記取付片における前記取付孔の周縁が当接さ
れる座面と、前記座面から突出されて前記取付孔に嵌合
された第一の段付突部と、前記第一の段付突部の中心か
ら突出されて前記弾性ワッシャの内周に嵌合された第二
の段付突部と、この第二の段付突部の一端から形成され
て前記取付螺子が螺合される螺子孔とを有する複数の取
付台を備え、前記座面から前記第二の段付突部の端面迄
の突出高さは、前記取付片の厚さと前記弾性ワッシャの
厚さとの合計値よりも低い値に設定されていることを特
徴とする光ディスク装置。
