Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 鋼線を用いた骨折整復において、髄内に通し
た鋼線を固定する。 【解決手段】 穴をあけ糸を通した鋼線を骨髄に挿入、
骨折を復元したのち、糸を引きながら鋼線を骨折部に係
るように導き、骨折片と共に結紮する。こうすることに
より髄内の鋼線を固定することができる。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は骨折整復の手段に
関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、骨折の整復は、骨にプレートを当
てそれをスクリューネジで締め付けて固定するか、骨髄
内に鋼線を通して（ピンニング）行われます。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】上記整復法のうち鋼線
を使用して行う場合、骨髄内に通した鋼線を固定するた
めの効果的な方法がなく、特に動物の骨折の場合は、起
居などで挿入した鋼線がずれたり脱落したりして目的を
達しないことがあった。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記課題を解決するため
この発明は、骨髄内に挿入する鋼線に縫合糸を通す細い
複数の穴をあけることとした。

【発明の実施形態】前述の鋼線を骨折の状況に合わせて
２ケ所の穴を選び切断し、その穴にそれぞれ材質や色等
で区別した縫合糸（イ）、（ロ）を通す。糸を通した鋼
線を骨折した片方の骨髄に挿入（図２）する。骨折を復
元したら、つぎに、糸を引きながら鋼線をもう一方の骨
髄に送りこむ（図３）。この場合、糸（ロ）は鋼線を引
き寄せるためのもので対側に鋼線が入ったら抜き去って
もよい。糸（イ）が骨折部の近くに導かれた所で骨折片
とともに結紮、鋼線を固定する（図４）。

【実施例】この発明による実施例を（図４）に示す。

【発明の効果】上述のようにすることにより髄内に挿入
された鋼線は、ずれたり脱落することなく固定できる効
果がある。
