Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of excess/deficiency in a tightening amount of a tightening member inserting one fluid pipe in the other fluid pipe and tightened. SOLUTION: When a tightening screw pipe (tightening member) 7 externally fitted to a gas supply pipe (fluid pipe) 5 is tightened until a lock piece 10c of an engaging member 10 mounted in a connecting screw pipe 4 in a side of a gas oven 2 is engaged with a side end face of the tightening screw pipe 7, since an engaging sound is generated by elastic restoration force of the lock piece 10c, a proper tightening amount of the tightening screw pipe 7 can be easily recognized.

In order to achieve the above object, a fluid pipe connecting device according to the present invention comprises a tapered insertion of a tip end of another fluid pipe into an open end of one fluid pipe. The pipe portion is inserted into the outer peripheral surface thereof with an elastic sealing member fitted therein so as to be rotatable to one of the fluid pipes and move this fluid pipe to the other fluid pipe side. The two fluid pipes are connected to each other while maintaining the sealing performance by the sealing member, by screwing the cap nut-shaped tightening member into an external thread formed on the outer peripheral surface of the opening end of the other fluid pipe. In the fluid pipe connecting device, the one of the fluid pipes abuts on the outer edge of the tightening member, which is externally fitted to the other fluid pipe, in the tightening direction, thereby elastically outwardly. When deformed and the fastening member is tightened to a predetermined position Elastically restored inwardly is characterized by attaching the engagement member having an engageable locking piece on the side end face opposite to the direction tightening member tightening. According to the present invention having the above structure, when the fastening member is tightened until the locking piece of the engaging member engages with the side end surface of the fastening member, an engagement sound is generated by the elastic restoring force of the locking piece. Therefore, it is possible to easily recognize an appropriate amount of tightening of the tightening member, and there is no possibility that the amount of tightening may be excessive or insufficient.

The tightening screw tube 7 is connected to the connecting screw tube 4 as in the prior art.
As shown in FIG. 3, the upper right end line of the hexagonal portion 7b comes into contact with the locking piece 10c of the engaging member 10 and presses it upward as shown in FIG. Thereby, the horizontal piece 10b is elastically deformed upward. When the tightening screw tube 7 is still tightened, the lower end of the locking piece 10c rides over the hexagonal portion 7b and comes off the left end line, so that the horizontal piece 10b is elastically restored downward and shown in FIG. Thus, the lower end of the locking piece 10c contacts the left end surface of the hexagonal portion 7b.

A tapered insertion tube at the tip of the other fluid tube is inserted into the open end of one of the fluid tubes by externally fitting an elastic sealing member on the outer peripheral surface thereof. A cap nut-shaped tightening member which is rotatably mounted on one of the fluid pipes and which is fitted outside so as to be able to move the fluid pipe to the other fluid pipe is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the open end of the other fluid pipe. In the fluid pipe connecting device, the two fluid pipes are connected to each other while maintaining the sealing property by the sealing member by being screwed into the male thread portion. By elastically deforming outward by abutting the outer edge of the tightening member on the side in the tightening direction of the tightening member externally fitted to the fluid pipe, and inward when the tightening member is tightened to a predetermined position. It is elastically restored and can be engaged with the side end surface of the tightening member opposite to the tightening direction. Connection device of a fluid pipe, characterized in that fitted with engaging members having a stop piece.
