In the conventional piping restraint described above, many claws must be welded to the piping. In a high-temperature and high-pressure pipe, a strict welding inspection must be performed to check whether or not a welding portion has a welding defect. An increase in the number of welding points increases the cost required for the welding inspection, which is not preferable. Furthermore, when a thrust load and a bending moment act on the pipe, not all of the claws contribute to the load transmission, but only about half of the claws in each state. Further, when the claws are welded to the pipe, the ring and the arm are integrated with the pipe, so that handling of the pipe becomes troublesome, and there is a problem that workability such as inspection work is poor.

Three substantially strip-shaped claws 5 are welded along the longitudinal direction of the pipe 1. Two rings 7, 7 sandwiching the claw 5
Is fitted to the pipe 1, and is bridged between the rings 7, 7, and three connecting members 8 are welded between the rings 7, 7. One of the connecting members 8 is arranged at the uppermost position of the rings 7, 7,
The other two connecting members 8 are arranged symmetrically. An arm 9 is vertically welded to the uppermost connecting member 8, and a triangular reinforcing plate 10 is mounted between the arm 9 and the connecting member 8, the arm 9, and the ring 7. The upper end of the arm 9 is held by the pipe support 2. The claw 5 is clamped by two rings 7, 7 and the rings 7, 7 are connected by the connecting member 8, whereby the relative displacement between the rings 7, 7 and the pipe 1 is restricted, and the arm By holding the pipe 9 at the pipe support 2, the displacement of the pipe 1 in the longitudinal direction is restricted by the pipe support 2.

When a longitudinal load is applied to the pipe 1 or a bending moment is applied, a load is transmitted to one or both of the rings 7, 7 via the claws 5, and the connection is further performed. It is transmitted to the pipe support 2 via the member 8 and the arm 9. All of the claws 5 contribute to such load transmission, and there are no useless claws 5.

In the above embodiment, the arm 9 is connected to the rings 7, 7 via the connecting member 8.
The ring 7, via members such as the reinforcing plate 10,
7 may be connected. In addition, the number of claws 5 and the number of arms are not limited to the above-described embodiment, and may be appropriately selected depending on usage conditions such as a pipe diameter, a transmission load, and the like. It is not limited. Further, it goes without saying that the shape of the reinforcing plate 10, the arrangement of the claws, the connecting members, and the like can be variously changed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the number of claws is halved, and the number of welding points on the pipe is also halved. Therefore, the welding inspection work is greatly reduced, the inspection cost is reduced, and the welding inspection work is performed. The rings 7, 7 and the like do not need to be attached, and there are no unnecessary parts for welding inspection, so that excellent effects such as remarkable improvement in pipe handling and inspection workability are exhibited.
