Claims (6)
おいて、加工時に上方より打撃するストライカーに上部
截頭円錐形状部材を上部円柱形状体の内部に前記截頭円
錐形状部材と相似の空洞を設け、上向きの押圧力に抗し
て下方に付勢するバネ部材を介在せしめ、前記空洞内に
正立して下向きに末広がりとして上下に摺動可能に装着
して上部装着部材を構成し、下方に位置して前記ストラ
イカーの打撃を受ける金型パンチのパンチヘッドに、下
部截頭円錐形状部材を下部円柱形状体の内部に前記下部
截頭円錐形状部材と相似の空洞を設け、下向きの押圧力
に抗して上方に付勢するバネ部材を介在せしめ、前記空
洞内に倒立して上向きに末広がりとして上下に摺動可能
に装着して下部装着部材を構成し、上部装着部材を小径
とし下部装着部材を大径として組み合わせ、加工の際に
前記ストライカーが下降してパンチヘッド上面に当接し
た時に、前記上部装着部材及び下部装着部材を構成する
前記各バネ部材の付勢力により、ストライカー側の上部
截頭円錐形状部材の下方に末広がりの裾の外周面がパン
チヘッド側の下部截頭円錐形状部材の上方に末広がりの
裾の内周面に当接して上下に合体するように嵌合して密
着状態を呈し、外側へのオイル洩れを防止可能としたこ
とを特徴とする金型のストリップミス誤検出防止装置。In a plate processing machine such as a turret punch press, an upper frusto-conical member is provided in a striker striking from above during processing, and a cavity similar to the frusto-conical member is provided inside an upper cylindrical body. An upper mounting member is configured by interposing a spring member that urges downward against an upward pressing force and is erected in the cavity so as to be slid upward and downward as a divergent downward and upward. A lower truncated cone-shaped member is provided in the punch head of the die punch which receives the strike of the striker, and a cavity similar to the lower truncated cone-shaped member is provided inside the lower cylindrical body to resist downward pressing force. Then, a lower mounting member is formed by interposing a spring member that urges upward, and is slid up and down so as to be inverted and upwardly divergent in the cavity to form a lower mounting member. Combined as a large diameter, when the striker descends and abuts on the punch head upper surface during processing, the upper truncation on the striker side is performed by the urging force of the spring members constituting the upper mounting member and the lower mounting member. The outer peripheral surface of the flared skirt below the conical member abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the flared flank above the lower truncated conical member on the punch head side so that the outer peripheral surface is fitted up and down to form a close contact state. A device for preventing erroneous detection of strip mistakes in a mold, wherein the device is capable of preventing oil leakage to the outside.
