Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 接合対象になっている一方の骨側から他
方の骨側に向かって螺合されるラグスクリュと、上記一
方の骨の側面に沿って配置され貫通孔を有する受部を備
えたチューブプレートと、上記ラグスクリュとチューブ
プレートとの間に配置されラグスクリュの基部が挿入さ
れると共に上記チューブプレートの受部の内側に対して
移動可能に係合する頭部を備えたチューブと、上記チュ
ーブプレートの外側から上記チューブ内に螺合されチュ
ーブをチューブプレートに固定するセットスクリュと、
上記チューブプレートの外側であって上記セットスクリ
ュ内を通って上記ラグスクリュに螺合されそれによって
ラグスクリュひいては他方の骨を一方の骨側に引っ張る
コンプレッションスクリュと、上記セットスクリュとチ
ューブプレートの受部の外側との間に介挿されセットス
クリュをチューブの頭部に螺合させる際適宜回転しなが
ら最も落ち着く箇所に位置する座金と、を具備したこと
を特徴とする骨接合装置。
