Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of floating and looseness in a fixed belt by mounting a bent-back ring used in fixing a fixed belt after being inserted thereinto and bent back through an extendable/shrinkable member and a non- extendable/shrinkable member having a flexture portion along the extending/ shrinking direction of the former member. SOLUTION: After one end 21 of non-extendable/shrinkable member 20 is inserted into and wound around a fixing belt bending back ring 10, one end 31 of an extendable/shrinkable member 30 is being held by the member 20 and sewn X to the member 30, and thus the members 20, 30 are fixed. In this case. the other end 22 of the member 22 is fixed to a target member P by sewing it together with the other end 32 of the member 30, and between the sewn parts X, Y, a flexture portion 23 is formed in the member 20 along the extending/shrinking direction of the member 30. Upon use, a foremost end of the fixed belt is inserted, turned back and pulled tightly to thereby prevent generation of floating and looseness in the fixed belt.

[0003] Therefore, there is a problem that the fixed belt is likely to float or loose over time even if the belts are fastened and fixed to each other after the tip of the fixed belt is turned over the D ring. On the other hand, when the D-ring is attached and fixed to the target member with an elastic member, floating or loosening of the fixing belt can be prevented, but strong fixing pressure is applied depending on the fixing belt due to the extension of the D-ring. Since no effect is obtained,
In particular, there is a problem that it is not used for medical supporters and low back pain bands that require a strong and stable suppressing force.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and does not cause floating or loosening of the fixed belt with time, and the strong fixing pressure action by the fixed belt is stable. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing and fixing structure for a fixing belt folding ring obtained by the above method.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to achieve the above object, the fixing structure of the fixed belt folding ring according to the present invention is configured such that the non-stretchable member is formed with a flexure along the direction of expansion and contraction of the stretchable member. The ring is attached to the target member via a non-stretchable member and a shorter stretchable member.

In the present invention, the attachment of the non-stretchable member and the stretchable member to the ring and the target member can be performed by using both members together, but at least the attachment to the ring is performed by the non-stretchable member. It is desirable to use a wound attachment only by a member in order to obtain a stronger fixed pressing action.

In the present invention, the specific material of the non-stretchable member and the stretchable member is not limited to any particular one, and the specific form is not limited to a strip-like or string-like shape, and its length is also applicable. It is appropriately selected according to the purpose of the member. The specific shape of the ring is not particularly limited, and a rectangular shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or the like is appropriately selected and used as in the related art.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of an attachment structure of a fixed belt folding ring. In the figure, reference numeral 10 denotes a rectangular fixed belt folding ring (D ring). One end 21 of the member 20 is inserted and wound around the ring 10, and one end 31 of the band-shaped elastic member 30 is connected to the non-elastic member 2.
The non-stretchable member 20 and the stretchable member 30 are attached and fixed by sewing X while being clamped at 0.
The other end 22 of the non-stretchable member 20 is connected to the other end 3 of the stretchable member 30 shorter than the non-stretchable member 20.
Along with the sewing material X, the elastic member 3 is attached and fixed to a target member P such as a supporter by sewing Y.
A flexible portion 23 is formed by the non-stretchable member 20 along the direction 0 (arrow in the figure).

FIG. 2 shows an example of the use of the fixing and fixing structure of the present invention, in which the non-stretchable member 20 and the shorter stretchable member are used as shown in FIG. The distal end of a fixing belt 40 with a hook-and-loop fastener, whose base end is also attached and fixed to the target member P by sewing Z, is turned over to the ring 10 attached and fixed via the member 30, and is turned in the direction of the arrow in FIG. If the elastic member 30 extends, the non-elastic member 20
In this state, if the fixed belts 40 are surface-joined and fastened to each other with a surface fastener as shown in FIG. 2B, even if the target member P is a joint supporter, for example, as shown in FIG. The elongation of the elastic member 30 does not hinder the bending and stretching movement of the joint, and the contraction force prevents the fixed belt 40 from floating or loosening over time. Since the maximum elongation of the elastic member 30 is limited by the length of the non-stretchable member 20, unnecessary elongation play does not occur, and a strong fixing pressure action by the fixing belt 40 is stably obtained.
