Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-permeable structure of a bag which moisture hardly enter even the case where the bag is set on a moist place in a state that an air-permeable portion of the bag is directed downward. SOLUTION: The air-permeable structure of a bag A comprises folding film portions 2, 3 on both sides of a film on a central film portion 1 to seal the lower edges thereof, and integrally connecting inner faces of the opposed parts of the film portions 2, 3 on both the sides with a belt-like air-permeable material 4, such as an unwoven cloth, which is inserted between the film portions 2, 3. In this bag A, the side part 2a of the film portion 2 of one of the film portions 2, 3 is separated from the outer face of the air-permeable material 4, and this separated portion 2b is superposed on the side part 3b of the other film portion 3. Thus, since the portion between these opposed faces is formed into an air-permeating gap 5 communicating to the outer face side of the air- permeable material 4, the air-permeable material 4 is in a state that it is normally covered with the side part 2a of the film portion 2 of at least one of the film portions 2, 3 on both the sides. Accordingly, moisture does not enter the bag A through the air-permeable material 4 and, further, surplus air in the bag A can smoothly be evolved out.

According to the third aspect of the present invention, the opposite side portions of both side film portions are bonded to both side portions of the band-shaped ventilation material over the entire length, and the side end portions of both side film portions are bonded from the bonded portion. It is separated and covered on the ventilation material in a state of being overlapped with each other, and this covering portion is fused to the ventilation material at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the bag, and a ventilation gap is provided between vertically adjacent fused portions. Is formed, so that the side portions of the film portions on both sides covering the ventilation material are not turned up, and the ventilation material is not inadvertently exposed. It can be covered by the side of the film portion, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the moisture from coming into contact with the ventilation material and infiltrating the bag from the ventilation material.
