【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 像担持体に静電潜像を形成し、該静電潜
像を現像剤にて顕像化する現像装置とを有する画像形成
装置に於いて、 前記画像形成装置に固定された支持枠体と、 該支持枠体に、前記像担持体を画像形成位置に直接支持
する第1支持部、及び前記現像装置を現像位置に直接支
持する第2支持部とを設け、 前記像担持体を移動するための第1移動枠体と、 前記現像装置を移動するための第2移動枠体とを有し、 前記第1移動枠体により像担持体を画像形成位置より引
き出したとき、前記像担持体は前記第1支持部より前記
第1移動枠体に支持されて引き出されると共に、引き戻
したとき、第1移動枠体に支持された像担持体は前記第
1支持部に直接支持され、 前記第2移動枠体により前記現像装置を現像位置より引
き出したとき、前記現像装置は前記第2支持部より前記
第2移動枠体に支持されて引き出されると共に、引き戻
したとき、前記第2移動枠体に支持された前記現像装置
は前記第2支持部に直接支持されるようにしたことを特
徴とする画像形成装置。
