2. Description of the Related Art A sash in which an inner sash and an outer sash are moved in a sash frame, such as a sliding sash and a lifting sash, is often provided with a guide ridge for guiding the movement of the sash. There are two types of guide ridges, such as rails, on which a single door rolls, and ones on both sides of a movement path to form guide grooves. In the heat-insulating sash, the frame material that composes the sash frame and the frame material (frame material) that composes the shoji are all separated into indoor and outdoor profiles, and heat transfer is blocked by a heat-insulating bridge. And then joined. In this case, the shape and the heat-insulating bridge may have different colors and caulking traces. In order to prevent the heat-insulating material from being directly exposed to direct sunlight or the outside air, it may be deteriorated early. A separate member 45 that normally hides the thermally insulated connection (FIG. 1)
Is used.

In this way, aside from the heat insulating effect,
Both the inside and outside sections need to have a structure that can withstand the load of the shoji, and both sections have a hollow structure or a thick wall, and are structurally material (such as wall pressure). Also need to be rugged. Also, if the cross-section structure is complicated, such as forming a hollow part, to increase the structural strength, it takes a lot of labor and cost to create the extrusion die required for molding,
Not economic. In addition, the insulation frame that combines the indoor side section and the outdoor side section with a heat insulating material may have a difference in the direction and size of the force acting on the indoor side section and the force acting on the outdoor side section. ,
Structurally, the connection point by the heat insulating material is weak. Therefore, it is originally not preferable to dispose the guide ridge of the inner sash and the guide ridge of the outer sash on both sides of the heat insulating material.

With the above-described structure, the heat insulating sash 1 has a structure in which all the frame members constituting the heat insulating sash are separated into the indoor side and the outdoor side, and are joined by a heat insulating material, so that the heat insulating performance is high. In particular, the second auxiliary profile 34, which is on the indoor side of the outer sash 5 when the sash is closed, is thermally shielded from the low-temperature outdoor profile 32b by the heat insulating material 44, and at the same time, by the seal piece 35. , And is shielded from the outside air that enters the room from the mating section. Since only the outer sash guide ridges 4b are provided on the outdoor side profile 32b, and the inner sash guide ridges 4a are not provided on the indoor side profile 32a, the cross-sectional configuration can be simplified. Further, since the force acting on the guide ridge 4a for the inner sash provided on the first and second auxiliary profiles 33, 34 is supported by the profile 32b for the outer sash, the guide ridge 4b for the outer sash is formed. The structure of the robust outdoor shape member 32b provided can be effectively used. Thereby, the manufacturing cost of the heat insulating sash can be reduced as a whole.
Further, as in the conventional case, the loads of the inner sash 5 and the outer sash 6 are concentrated on the outdoor-side profile 32b, so that a displacement occurs at a joint portion of the heat-insulating material between the indoor and exterior-side profiles 32a, 32b. Is small. The cover part 46 provided on the first and second auxiliary profiles 33, 34 and the seal piece 35 covers the upper part of the heat insulating material connecting between the indoor and outdoor profiles 32a, 32b. Protect from direct sunlight and the open air. that's all,
Although the embodiment has been described centering on the lower horizontal frame of the sash, the present invention can also be applied to an upper horizontal frame of the sash and a vertical frame having a guide ridge for guiding a shoji. The guide ridge may be a rail type in which a door roller rolls on its top surface, or may be a type in which a sliding door is guided between two guide ridges. The connection between the indoor side shape member and the outdoor side shape member may be performed insulated, and the heat insulating coupling member is not necessarily required. For example, the ends of the indoor side section and the outdoor side section,
It is also possible to connect them with a heat insulating sealing material therebetween. In this case, the airtightness of the combined portion of the inner and outer sashes is achieved by an airtight block that moves together with the sashes and fits when the sashes are closed as in the related art.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the first and second auxiliary members provided with the guide ridges for the inner shroud are thermally separated from the outer side members of the heat insulating frame or the outer shoji. Since it is shut off, the heat insulating performance of the heat insulating sash is improved. When the shoji is closed, dew condensation hardly occurs on the guide ridge for the inner shoji exposed to the indoor side. The first and second auxiliary shapes and the cover provided with the heat-insulating coupling member protect the heat-insulating material connecting the indoor-side shape and the outdoor-side shape from direct contact with direct sunlight and outside air. The durability of the insulating sash is improved. According to the configuration described in claim 2, since the acting force received by the guide ridge for the inner sash of the auxiliary profile is received by the outdoor profile, the indoor profile has exceptional strength as the lower frame structure of the heat insulating sash. There is no need to take this into account, and it can be merely a decorative frame.
In addition, displacement hardly occurs between the indoor-side profile and the outdoor-side profile connected by the heat insulating material. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the thermal insulation between the first and second auxiliary profiles is achieved by using the heat insulating coupling member together with the operation and effect of the first aspect as the heat insulating sash. In addition, it is possible to more reliably maintain the airtightness at the joining place of the inner shoji and the outer shoji when the shoji is closed, and protect the heat insulating material at the joining place. Further, since the grooves and projections for positioning the first auxiliary profile and the second auxiliary profile can be provided in the heat insulating coupling member, the first auxiliary profile and the second auxiliary profile can be easily connected, and They can be reliably connected. According to the configuration of the fourth aspect, in the lower frame having a structure in which the first and second auxiliary profiles are connected by the heat-insulating coupling member, the indoor-side profile is exceptionally strong as the lower frame structure of the heat-insulating sash. There is no need to take this into account, and it can be merely a decorative frame. In addition, displacement is less likely to occur between the indoor side profile and the outdoor profile connected by the heat insulating material and between the first and second auxiliary profiles.
