2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a drainer formed into a ventilation structure by using a dry wall material, as shown in FIG. 10, a waterproof sheet E composed of a windproof and moisture-permeable sheet on a frame C (wooden foundation, steel frame foundation, etc.) is used. , And draining G is carried out between the ventilation rim E and the foundation γ of the wall foundation α on which the ventilation rim E is formed via the fixing tool β, and then the starter H is mounted with the fixing tool β Then, the lower end portion of the dry wall material B is inserted into the starter H for construction. Of course, in this case, a gap a was formed between the foundation γ and the drainer G, and ventilation was performed through the gap a. Further, a waterproof sheet D such as asphalt felt may be further formed on the ventilation rim E from the fixing portion of the drainer G, or an insect repellent net made of stainless mesh or the like may be formed so as to cover the gap a.

However, in the case of the above-mentioned drainage, it is necessary to take dimensions, and the work of forming the gap a is troublesome and takes a long time for construction. In addition, since the size of the gap a is important in determining the amount of ventilation, it must be performed with a certain size. Further, if the size of the gap a is too large, the gap a
Insects (ants, bees, etc.), small birds, garbage, etc., enter, and there is a danger of blocking the ventilation path and destroying the skeleton. Of course, if the gap a was insufficiently formed, the performance of the ventilation path could not be sufficiently exhibited, and moisture remained in the inside of the skeleton, thereby causing corrosion of the skeleton, mold, and mites.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides a water drainage formed at the lower end of a ventilation shell edge. A bent bottom surface, a locking piece protruding upward at the tip of the bottom surface, a draining surface bent by inclining the lower end of the fixing portion outward and downward, and a protruding surface bending the lower end of the fixing portion inward. The present invention is to provide a water drainage which eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks by having a hanging surface with a tip of the protruding surface hanging down and a ventilation gap formed at a constant pitch in the protruding surface.

It prevents corrosion of the skeleton C and also suppresses the occurrence of mold and ticks. Of course, the waterproof sheet D is formed of a windproof and moisture permeable sheet (a sheet that allows moisture but does not allow air).
By releasing only the moisture to the ventilation path F, the moisture is released outside.

As described above, according to the ventilation drainer of the present invention, the formation of the ventilation surface (void) is reliable and simple due to the formation of the hanging surface. Due to the formation of the ventilation gap (void), moisture does not remain in the skeleton, so that the skeleton is not corroded, the generation of mold and ticks is suppressed, and a healthy and comfortable home can be provided. Since the ventilation gap is formed inside, it cannot be seen from outside. Since the ventilation gap is formed inside, rainwater and the like do not enter. By forming insect repellent sheets, insects (ants, bees, etc.), small birds,
No garbage or the like enters. Due to the formation of the protruding surface and the hanging surface, insects (ants, bees, etc.), birds, dust, etc. do not enter the inside of the draining surface from the inside. There are features and effects such as.
