2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, general bicycle tires include:
There are a hook type, a wire type, and a tubular type. In particular, a suture type tubular tire generally called a round tire is used for a racing bicycle. In this sewn-type tubular tire, since both ends of a blind cloth serving as a carcass portion are sewn together, a sewn portion is thickened to form a step, making it difficult to sit on the rim, and a tube biting into a gap between the sewn portions. This has drawbacks such as frequent occurrence of punctures and insufficient cushioning and flexibility. In order to improve these drawbacks, seamless tires that do not require sewing have been manufactured, but the following problems still remain.

In the suturing type tubular tire, when air is injected, the contraction force of the tread rubber prevails and the tread rubber reverses, and the suturing surface to be joined to the rim tends to reverse to the contact surface. Since the carcass part is sewn, it has excellent dimensional stability, and due to the presence of the thickened sewn part, the center line in the outer peripheral direction of the rim does not deviate from the center line of the tire when mounted on the rim. Therefore, the work is easy to mount the tire on the rim because the core is easily put out.

On the other hand, in a seamless tire, a yarn is wound endlessly (endlessly) in a spiral shape around the outer periphery of a tube, so that when air is injected, a figure-eight shape or a snake is twisted as if a snake is coiled, and a thick tire is formed. And the center lines are easily displaced due to unevenness, and the core is difficult to come out. In addition, due to the pressure of air, excessive contraction force is generated in the radial direction of the tire, so when mounting the tire on the rim, to prevent the tire from running sideways, or to get a perfect circle without swaying, At present, a great deal of labor is spent on the work of fixing the cores so that their center lines are aligned, and on the work of stretching and shrinking the tires in order to make the tires uniform in thickness.

[0005] Inserting a breaker (reinforcing material) between the carcass portion and the tread portion has been proposed in Japanese Laid-Open Utility Model Application
In Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 1-64003, a fiber cord reinforcing layer is buried at right angles to the tire outer peripheral direction.
In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Publication No. H05-153606, the use of a woven fabric breaker or in the use of a composite of short fibers and rubber is described. These are all used as reinforcing materials for preventing puncture of the tire due to sharp nails, glass or the like from the road surface.

However, even if the breaker disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 61-64003 or Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-153606 is used for a seamless tire, the above-mentioned problems of torsion and shrinkage cannot be solved. Further, a woven fabric used as a breaker as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-39841,
Generally, it is a high-density woven fabric in which the number of warps and wefts per unit length is increased, or a woven fabric in which warps and wefts are formed in a biased manner (arranged diagonally with respect to the weave). Even if it does, unevenness of thickness due to misalignment or shrinkage of the core due to twisting is not eliminated, and mounting on the rim is difficult.

That is, in a seamless tire, even if the breaker is inserted, a tire having a uniform thickness without twisting or shrinkage generated when air is injected has not yet been obtained. The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bicycle seamless tire that can be easily mounted on a rim that is less likely to twist or contract when air is injected.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A seamless tire for a bicycle according to the present invention is provided on a first layer yarn bundle in which a yarn is inclined at a fixed angle around the outer circumference of a tire tube and wound endlessly at the same angle in the opposite direction. In a seamless tire comprising a carcass portion in which a second layer yarn bundle wound endlessly and wound in an endless manner and a tread portion disposed on an outer peripheral grounding portion of a road surface of the carcass portion, a portion between the carcass portion and the tread portion is provided. The warp yarns are arranged in the same direction with respect to the outer circumferential direction of the tire, a fiber layer formed over the entire circumference is inserted, and the pressure is 5.0 kgf /
The tire is characterized in that a deformation ratio of the tire in an unfixed state at the time of air injection of cm 2 is 1.0 or more and 2.5 or less. By adopting such a deformation ratio, it has been found that, when the seamless tire is mounted on the rim, the tire can be mounted on the rim without spending special skills and labor, and the present invention has been achieved.

In the bicycle seamless tire of the present invention, it is preferable that the ratio of the number of weft / warp yarns per 1 cm square in the outer circumferential direction in the fiber layer is less than 1.0. By using such a fiber layer, when air is injected into the tire, a seamless tire having a small twist ratio and a small thickness and a small deformation ratio of the tire can be obtained.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A seamless tire for a bicycle according to the present invention is provided in such a manner that a yarn is slanted at a fixed angle on the outer circumference of a tire tube and is wound on the first layer yarn bundle endlessly at the same angle in the opposite direction. In a seamless tire consisting of a carcass portion in which a second layer yarn bundle wound and wound endlessly is overlapped, and a tread portion arranged on the outer peripheral grounding portion with the road surface of the carcass portion, between the carcass portion and the tread portion, The warp yarns are arranged in the same direction as the outer circumferential direction of the tire, the fiber layer formed over the entire circumference is inserted, and the deformation ratio of the tire in an unfixed state when air is injected at a pressure of 5.0 kgf / cm 2. Is 1.0
Not less than 2.5. A more preferable deformation ratio of the tire is 1.0 or more and 2.0 or less. Here, the deformation ratio of the tire at the time of inflation is the pressure from the valve of the tire when the tire is not fixed to a fixing device such as a rim (unfixed state).
After injecting 0 kgf / cm 2 of air, the tire is allowed to stand on a flat ground, and the distance (height) from the flat ground to the maximum (maximum) peak of the torsion and deformation of the tire is measured outside the inflated tire. It is a numerical value divided by the diameter (thickness). For example, a tire having no twist or deformation has a tire deformation ratio of 1.0, and the larger the degree of twist or the like, the larger the tire deformation ratio. If the deformation ratio of the tire exceeds 2.5, the deviation of the center line of the tire becomes large, and it becomes extremely difficult to mount the tire on the rim. Moreover, the appearance as a tire is poor, and the commercial value is also poor.

[0012] The bicycle seamless tire of the present invention preferably has a fiber layer between the carcass portion and the tread portion, in which the warp yarns are arranged in the same direction with respect to the outer peripheral direction of the tire, and are formed over the entire circumference. . FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a seamless tire for a bicycle of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an example of an enlarged front view of a fiber layer. 1 is a carcass part, 2 is a fiber layer, 3 is a tread part, 4 is a tire tube, 5 is a warp, and 6 is a weft. The same direction here includes a part of the warp that is twisted or displaced, and the overall arrangement of the warp is
It means that the inclination angle is within 10 degrees with respect to the outer peripheral direction.
If the inclination angle exceeds 10 degrees, the correcting force in the outer peripheral direction of the tire is weakened, and the tire is twisted or the thickness becomes uneven. More preferably, the warps are arranged in parallel with the outer circumferential direction of the tire.

As the structure of the fiber layer that satisfies the above configuration, plain weave is most effective, and it is preferable that the warp be formed so as to be parallel to the outer circumferential direction of the tire.
Even if the fabric has a plain weave structure, if a fabric cut in a bias shape is used, the effect cannot be obtained because the inclination angle exceeds 10 degrees.

It is preferable that the ratio of the number of weft / warp yarns per 1 cm square in the outer circumferential direction in the fiber layer is less than 1.0. The ratio of the number of constituents is a value obtained by dividing the number of wefts per 1 cm in the outer circumferential direction of the tire of the fiber layer by the number of warps per cm in the width direction of the tire of the fiber layer.
This is because, when the number ratio of the components is 1.0 or more, the force is dispersed in the width direction of the tire, the correction force in the tire outer peripheral direction is weakened, and a deformation ratio in a predetermined range cannot be obtained.

The number of wefts in the fiber layer is preferably 25 yarns / cm or less. More preferably, it is 1 yarn / cm or less, and the number of weft yarns is 0 yarn / cm, and it is most preferable that the warp yarn is substantially composed of only warp yarns. The weft in the present invention substantially plays a role in maintaining the form of the fiber layer, and it is preferable that the weft be as small as possible. At the crossing point between the weft and the warp, a step is generated due to the overlapping of the yarns. In particular, in a racing bicycle tire running at a high speed, the contact pressure is concentrated at this portion, which may cause a puncture, which may be a bad effect. Because.

Further, in the fiber layer substantially composed of only warp yarns, single yarns serving as warp yarns are joined and fixed with an adhesive. For example, a method in which an adhesive is applied or impregnated to the parallel warps to form a ribbon in advance, or a carcass part is attached to a tire production rim, and the warps are wound and arranged in parallel, and then the adhesive is applied. Then, the warp is fixed to the carcass part. The adhesive to be used is appropriately selected depending on the material constituting the carcass portion and the warp, and may be a natural rubber or a synthetic rubber used in a seamless tire for a bicycle.

The yarn count of the yarn used in the fiber layer is not particularly limited, and a yarn count of 10 to 100 is suitably used. It is sufficient that the weft is of such a degree that the form of the fiber layer can be maintained, and the finest possible yarn is sufficient.

The raw material of the yarn constituting the fiber layer is as follows:
The fibers are appropriately selected from natural fibers such as cotton and silk, regenerated fibers such as polynosic and rayon, and synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, vinylon, polypropylene and aramid. Among them, high-strength and low-elongation fibers are preferred,
For those degrees, it is necessary to consider the effect of the air pressure when using the tire, but in the length direction of the fiber layer,
The tensile strength according to JIS L 1096 is preferably 40 kgf / cm or more, and the tensile elongation is preferably within 10%.

In the width of the fiber layer, the width occupancy of the tread portion is preferably 30% or more and 60% or less. The width occupancy here is a value obtained by dividing the width of the fiber layer by the width of the tread portion and multiplying it by 100. If the width occupation ratio is less than 30%, the correcting force in the outer peripheral direction of the tire is insufficient, and the tire is twisted or the thickness becomes uneven, so that a deformation ratio in a predetermined range cannot be obtained. . On the other hand, if it exceeds 60%, the effect of preventing torsion is reduced, and the excess width in the width direction of the fiber layer and the tread portion is reduced. This may adversely affect the joining properties of the parts and cause the tread to peel off during running. Further, a depression may occur in the tread portion, which may impair the function as a tire.

The deformation ratio of this seamless tire is 2.9.
Met. The biased fiber layer could easily follow the carcass part and could not reduce the deformation ratio of the tire. When this tire was mounted on a rim for a bicycle, it was difficult to make the thickness uniform and eliminate the lateral run-out and the top run-out, as in Comparative Example 1.

The deformation ratio of this seamless tire is 2.8.
However, the torsion became large, and the mountability to the rim was poor. In addition, since the width of the fiber layer is close to the width of the tread, the step between the tread portion and the carcass portion due to the thickness of the fiber layer is conspicuous and the appearance is poor, and the joint surface between the tread portion and the carcass portion is small, so this tire is actually used. When running, the tread was peeled off. Table 1 shows the results of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4.

In the bicycle seamless tire of the present invention, a fiber layer is formed between the carcass portion and the tread portion, in which the warp yarns are arranged in the same direction with respect to the outer peripheral direction of the tire and formed over the entire circumference. And the deformation ratio of the tire in an unfixed state at the time of air injection at a pressure of 5.0 kgf / cm 2 is 1.0.
By adjusting the value to 2.5 or less, a tire having excellent rim mountability that does not require special skills and labor can be obtained. By adjusting the ratio of the number of wefts / warps per 1 cm square in the outer circumferential direction in the fiber layer to less than 1.0, a tire satisfying the above-described tire deformation ratio can be easily obtained.
