【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 炊飯器本体と、この炊飯器本体内に設け
た炊飯物を収容する鍋と、前記炊飯物を加熱する加熱源
と、一側をヒンジ装置により前記炊飯器本体に回動自在
に枢支し閉塞時に他側を前記炊飯器本体に掛止する蓋体
とを備え、前記蓋体には、前記鍋内を密閉して高圧にす
る圧力機構と、前記鍋内と大気とを外部操作によって連
通する圧力抜き機構と、炊飯時には前記圧力抜き機構と
の係当を解き保温時には前記圧力抜き機構に係当して該
圧力抜き機構を強制的に作動する駆動装置を設け、前記
駆動装置をモータと、該モータにより従動し前記圧力抜
き機構に係当する伝達板とから構成したことを特徴とす
る炊飯器。
