フレームに内装され調理物を収容する鍋と、この鍋の開
口部を密閉して被い外部操作によって押圧されて鍋内と
大気とを連通する圧力抜き弁を有した内蓋と、この内蓋
の上方に設けられ該内蓋を鍋に密着させる外蓋とを備
え、前記外蓋には、上面に露呈し前記操作釦側に枢支部
を設けた回動自在な圧力抜き釦と、この圧力抜き釦の遊
端側の下方と前記圧力抜き弁の上方間に配設し前操作釦
の枢支部と反対側の位置に枢支部を設けた回動自在な作
動板と、調理終了後に作動する駆動モータと、一側を前
記作動板に対峙させ他側を前記駆動モータに連結したス
ライド板とを設け、前記駆動モータの作動によりスライ
ド板を移動し作動板を回動させて前記圧力抜き弁を押圧
し鍋内と大気とを連通することを特徴とする圧力調理
器。1.
