除用ボルト25を許容ストロークの範囲で進出させてボ
ルト25の先端をボス部2の平坦面13に衝接させ、平
坦面13に衝接後さらにボルト25を回すことにより螺
孔とのねじ作用でキャップ8がボス部より離反する方向
に移動されて、ボス部とキャップを分離することができ
る。従って、工作機械、ロボット、OA機器等において
制御用モートルの高精度、位置決め等に利用すれば、軸
とボス部との位置関係を変更する場合、或いは軸をボス
部より取り外す場合に軸締結の分離作業を速やかに行う

り抜き取りることによりそのU字座金の肉厚分のストロ
ークの許容範囲で締結解除用ボルトをねじ込みでき、該
ボルトをねじ込んで進出させてボス部に衝接させ、衝接
後さらにボルトを回すことによりねじ作用でテーパー加
圧部材をテーパーボス部より簡単かつ的確に分離するこ
とができる。従って、工作機械、ロボット、OA機器等
において制御用モートルの高精度、位置決め等に利用す
れば、軸とボス部との位置関係を変更する場合、或いは
軸をボス部より取り外す場合に軸締結の分離作業を速や
かに行うことができて便利である。又、軸締結装置とモ
ーター、機械等間の間隔を狭くできるので、軸締結装置
の軸の長さが長くなることなく、機械の性能に影響な

て、 前記テーパー加圧部材にU字座金を嵌合着座しうる収容
座を凹設した螺孔を設け、 前記収容座に嵌合できかつ締結解除用ボルトに脱着可能
で、該ボルトとテーパーボス部との間隔より厚肉とした
U字座金を設け、 予めテーパー加圧部材の収容座にU字座金を介在して締
結解除用ボルトを締付けセットし、 軸締結装置の締結解除時、テーパー加圧部材の螺孔に締
付けセットした締結解除用ボルトを緩めて収容座に介在
したU字座金を抜き取り後、締結解除用ボルトのねじ込
みによりテーパー加圧部材をテーパーボス部より分離し
うることを特徴とする軸締結装置における軸締結解除装
置。1.
