Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid various difficulties on bamboo snake cages or iron wire snake cages due to decay and damage by using precast concrete blocks. SOLUTION: A block for a snake cage has an opening 1 passing therethrough and a frame wall face 3 as a porous wall face, forming the opening, with a pore size enough to prevent the removal of charged stones and includes a connecting means 6 provided on the opposite side of the frame wall face to an adjacent block. It also has the upper edge formed as an layered edge 8 between upper and lower blocks. The connecting means for the adjacent block is formed to be flexible.

Recently, the use of iron wire gabions has become the mainstream because bamboo gabions rot, but it is difficult to fill crushed stones and the like into the baskets, and the installation is also dimensional accurate.
Leveling is difficult and includes stability issues.
In addition, it has been pointed out that the exposed end portion of the iron wire or the end portion of the iron wire that is broken due to aging such as corrosion or abrasion causes injuries and that the leg portion is easily taken off, resulting in safety problems. The present invention is intended to solve the difficulties of such a conventional gabion by using a precast concrete block.

As a result of studying the above problems, it has been found that a porous wall surface having an opening vertically penetrated and having a hole diameter sufficient to prevent a thrown-in stone from being removed from the wall of the frame forming the opening. A connecting means was provided on the surface of the frame body wall facing the adjacent block, and a gabion block having an upper edge serving as an overlapping edge between upper and lower blocks. The opening referred to here is an opening sufficient to allow the input of chestnut stone, crushed stone, sandbags, etc. without resistance, and the frame forming this opening is substantially rectangular, square, other polygonal, circular in plan view. Can be appropriately selected according to design specifications. The diameter of the hole that prevents the thrown-in stone from coming out is a diameter at which the stones, crushed stones, sandbags, and the like cannot escape from the hole in the porous wall, and can be appropriately changed depending on the material put into the inside. The layered edge between the upper edge blocks is

Part. More specifically, the upper edge of the gabion block may be made a smooth surface, or the upper edge of the lower gabion block may be provided with a smooth surface with a step in a range sufficiently supporting the center of gravity of the upper gabion block.

[0005] Further, the frame has a vertically penetrating opening, and the wall surface of the frame forming the opening is a porous wall having a diameter sufficient to prevent the thrown-out of the input stone. A connecting means is provided on the facing surface, the upper edge is a multilayered edge between the blocks, and the connecting means with the adjacent block is a flexible gabion block. To make the connecting means flexible means that adjacent gabion blocks are connected with a certain degree of freedom of movement, for example, by providing a bolt hole at the connection between the gabion blocks. When connecting by inserting bolts, make the bolt holes slightly larger than the bolt diameter, and use bolts loosely inserted into the bolt holes with a rubber elastic body interposed between gabion blocks. Examples of such a structure include fastening and connecting the gabion blocks with a flexible joint fitting.

FIG. 1 is a plan view of a gabion block of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a side view, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a side view of an example used for a slope. As shown in these figures, the gabion block of the present invention has an opening 1 penetrating in the vertical direction.
Is provided for reinforcement. The frame wall surface 3 forming such an opening 1 is a wall surface having a large number of holes 5 having a hole diameter for preventing the thrown-in stone 4 from coming out. A pseudo stone pattern may be formed on the front surface of the frame wall 3 of the gabion block, or a main stone stuck surface may be used.

On the wall surface of the frame of the gabion block and on the surface facing the adjacent block, the connecting portion between the blocks for the gabion is thickened as connecting means 6, and a bolt hole 6a is provided in that portion.
The bolt hole is made slightly larger than the diameter of the connection bolt 6b, and the connection bolt is fastened with the rubber elastic body 7 interposed between the gabion blocks at the time of connection. Such a flexible connecting means allows a certain degree of freedom at the time of design and construction, and can prevent breakage of the gabion block of the present invention even when a late cause such as land subsidence occurs.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the blocks are stacked up and down to form a revetment or the like, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper gabion block is placed above the lower gabion block while the slope is maintained. So that it can be stably placed on
The upper edge of the back and side surfaces of the gabion block is a multilayer edge 8 between the blocks. The smooth surface at the upper edge of the side surface of the lower gabion block has a step 9 within a range that sufficiently supports the center of gravity of the upper gabion block. The step may be made larger than shown to increase stability.

The gabion block stacked in the upper part of FIG. 5 has a slope side (rear side) wall surface as an inclined wall surface 10 along the slope of the slope surface. When the inclined wall surface 10 is formed in this way, the back surface can be easily filled with backfill earth and sand, and can be completely performed. The member indicated by reference numeral 11 is a suction-preventing material made of a synthetic resin fiber non-woven fabric for preventing earth and sand flowing out from the slope.

6 to 8 show another embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a front view, FIG. 7 is a plan view of a main part in a state where a plurality of parts are connected, and FIG. It is a perspective view of the state where the crushed stone was filled. The gabion block of this embodiment is a substantially square block having a porous wall surface 3, and also has an opening 1 vertically penetrated, and can be used as a gabion by filling crushed stones or the like. The hole 5 provided on the frame wall to prevent the thrown-out stone 4 from coming out is horizontally long. A connecting means is provided on a surface (corner in this case) of the frame wall surface facing the adjacent block. The upper and lower edges of the block are flat multilayer edges 8.
As the connecting means 6, a projection is provided at the connecting portion between the blocks for the gabion to increase the thickness, and a bolt hole 6a is provided at that portion, and the bolt hole is larger than the diameter of the connecting bolt 6b to have a degree of freedom of connection. At the time of connection, the rubber elastic body 7 is interposed between the blocks for the gabion and fastened with connection bolts. This type has functions such as water flow control, energy dissipation, riverbed protection, fish nest, vegetation, and the like.

Since the gabion block of the present invention has the above-described structure, work such as stuffing stones is easy and construction is simple. Since sandbags can be put in the filling material in addition to stones such as chestnut stone and crushed stone, it can be widely used not only for revetment, but also for fish nest function to vegetation recovery function. It is difficult for a foot to be taken or an object to be caught, and occurrence of troubles such as injuries can be suppressed. It is not destroyed by aging such as corrosion and abrasion, and the stuffing stone does not flow out and has good durability.
