Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To capture an escaping criminal at the outlet by containing a net fixed with a weight at the forward end in a container having lower part opening/closing manually or through a motor and drooping the net quickly. SOLUTION: A net 1 is contained in a container 2 while being folded entirely. Preferably, the container 2 is constructed such that a box or plate indicative of presence of the net 1 are arranged inconspicuously. Lower part of the box is opened manually or by means of an electric switch to droop the net over the inlet like a curtain. The net 1 is a flat net having one side of about 30 cm and human legs can enter into the net easily. A net made of a thin black yarn, e.g. a mist net, is selected and fixed with a small weight 4 at the forward end in order to droop the net quickly. Entire size of the net 1, including the length thereof, is determined according to the inlet/outlet of a building. A criminal can not move freely and can be arrested easily.
