に追従しているため、そのままコンパレータを通すと、
ノイズレベルの大小によってスケルチ開度が度々起こっ
てしまい、使用中に会話が途切れるなどの不具合が生じ
てしまう。このため通常は、ノイズアンプ2の出力側
に、抵抗、コンデンサ等を設け、これら抵抗、コンデン
サの時定数を大きくしてノイズレベルの平均化を図り、
