Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry an electric current between conductive wires through contact of conductive rubber even if the wires are pushed in any direction by inserting/ installing two-piece conductive rubber over the total length in a hollow circular slender insulating casing by sandwiching S-shaped clearance, and inserting the respectively single condutive wires in the condutive rubber. SOLUTION: Two-piece conductive rubber 4a, 4b by internally inserting respectively single conductive wires 3a, 3b over the intermediate total length in a hollow vacuum circular slender insulating casing 1 by sandwiching S-shaped clearance 2 having a width slightly wider than the thickness of the casing 1, are extruded in a relatively inserting installing shape to mold a slender linear switch 5. The S-shaped clearance 2 presents an S shape by having the straight line part 2a, the two bending parts 2b, 2c bent at about 90 degrees in the mutually different directions on its both ends and the round surfaces 2d, 2e, 2f, 2g between them. The divided two conductive rubber 4a, 4b are a cross-sectional L shape having the thick part and the thin part, and are formed by being excellently mixed so as to connect conductive metallic powder by inserting the conductive wires 3a, 3b in the middle of the thick part.

However, a cord switch in which conductive rubber with a flat braided wire inserted in the upper and lower portions of the cord can be bent horizontally in the left and right directions, but not vertically. There is a problem that the conductive rubber, especially the flat knitted wire, obstructs and cannot be bent. Similarly, the cord switch in which the conductive rubber through which the contact wire is inserted into the lower right and left sides of the cord is bent in the right and left direction There was a problem that it was difficult. In addition, each cord has a problem that the push switch surface is limited to a limited range on the upper surface. In addition, due to the recent development of robots for nursing care and the like, a number of wirings close to the muscles of the hand and a detection function are required, for example, a linear switch is pushed into the finger of the robot's hand, and in that case, a linear shape is required. The switch must be able to be bent and twisted, including meandering, and the conventional wiring in a specific direction and the detection function alone are not sufficient, and the bent wiring in all directions and the entire peripheral surface are pushed to make the switch surface In addition, a detection function whose pressing surface is not limited is required. For this reason, it is necessary to have a structure in which the undetected state is maintained even if the wiring is meandering or bent at a constant bending of, for example, about 30 mmR, and when pressed lightly, comes into contact and conducts detection.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a linear switch is formed by relatively inserting conductive rubbers, each of which has one conductive wire inserted therein, with an S-shaped gap interposed in an elongated insulated outer sheath having a circular cross section. By this, it is possible to wire in all directions including meandering and twisting wiring in an undetected state, and even if any point on the peripheral surface of the insulating sheath is lightly pressed, detection is conducted between the two conductive wires and the switch is turned on. This problem is solved by turning on.

[0006] Using an extruder (not shown), the outer skin 1 is formed on the middle length inside the elongated insulated outer skin 1 having a hollow true circular shape.
An elongated linear switch in which two divided conductive rubbers 4a and 4b each having one conductive wire 3a and 3b inserted through an S-shaped gap 2 slightly wider than the thickness of the conductive rubber 4a and 4b, respectively. 5 is extruded.

The S-shaped gap 2 has a straight portion 2a and two bent gaps 2b and 2c which are bent at substantially 90 degrees in different directions at both ends thereof, and has rounded surfaces 2d, 2e, 2f and 2g therebetween.
The two divided conductive rubbers 4a and 4b have an L-shaped cross section with a thick part A and a thin part B, and the conductive wires 3a and 3b are inserted through the middle of the thick part A. Do it. The conductive rubbers 4a and 4b are formed by mixing conductive metal powder into the rubber so as to be connected. The conductive wires 3a and 3b are formed in a true circular cross section so as to follow and bend in any direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, the extruded linear switch 5 maintains the gap even if the S-shaped gap 2 bends and twists, and does not contact the conductive rubbers 4a and 4b. The switch 5 can be freely wired in any of up, down, left and right directions including torsion.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wired switch 5 is pressed by pressing any part of the peripheral surface, the gap 2 of the pressed part is partially crushed, and the conductive rubbers 4a and 4b are brought into contact with each other to conduct electricity. This is a so-called omnidirectional detection-type linear switch that turns on the switch by detecting between the wires 3a and 3b.
