Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment used for both of a continuous hot-dipping and a continuous annealing, in which the oxidation of a steel sheet is not generated. SOLUTION: This continuous hot-dipping and annealing equipment is provided with a plating device, in which a spouting nozzle 9 enabling carry-out to outside of a line and scraping the excess hot-dipping metal film is provided, deflector rolls which can be disposed at the upper part of a hot-dipping pot so as to execute the change of the direction without dipping the steel sheet 1, into the hot-dipping pot in a state of removing the plating device from the hot-dipping pot 6, and further, a snout 3 extendable and inclinable of the setting angle at the outlet side of the annealing furnace 2. In such a case, a seal device 5 for preventing the flow-in of the outer air into the snout dipped into the bath at the time of hot-dipping at least the outlet side or the tip part of the continuous annealing furnace is provided.

2. Description of the Related Art Various types of equipment that combine continuous hot-dip plating and continuous annealing have been proposed. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-6469 discloses that the tip of the snout can be replaced with a guide roll. However, in these facilities, it takes a long time to switch between continuous hot-dip plating and continuous annealing, and there is a risk that the steel sheet may undergo creep rupture in the annealing furnace.
Further, if the furnace temperature is lowered to prevent the steel sheet from breaking, a large amount of energy is required to increase the furnace temperature after the change, which is not preferable from the viewpoint of energy saving. In order to solve the problem that the switching time is long, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 1-147048 attempts to reduce the switching time by making the snout variable.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 1-14
FIG. 4 shows a method disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 7048. When performing continuous annealing, the pot roll, the support roll, and the injection nozzle are removed, and a deflector roll 10 is installed on the melting pot 6, for example, instead. After passing through the snout 3, the steel sheet 1 passes through the deflector roll 10, so that an annealed material can be obtained without adhesion of molten metal.
The snout 3 can be moved by the snout expansion / contraction tilt device 4 in accordance with a change in the pass line. Therefore, the switching from the continuous plating to the continuous annealing is performed by removing the plating pot roll 7, the support roll 8, and the injection nozzle 9 in the same manner as replacing the plating apparatus at the time of the normal continuous plating. This can be performed only by installing the roll 10.

However, in this conventional method, the steel sheet 1 is oxidized because outside air enters the continuous annealing furnace 2 from the snout 3 when switching from continuous plating to continuous annealing and during continuous annealing. Therefore, it is actually necessary to install the pickling equipment 11 in the line in order to remove the oxide film. Therefore, in this method, although the switching from the continuous hot-dip plating to the continuous annealing is quickly performed, it is not practical because of an increase in equipment costs and a problem of wastewater treatment of the pickling liquid.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is an equipment which combines continuous hot-dip plating and continuous annealing which can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method. The gist of the present invention is as follows. It is. (1) Equipped with a plating device equipped with an injection nozzle that can be carried out of the line and wipes off an excessive plating film of molten metal,
A deflector roll can be installed on the top of the melting pot so that the steel plate can change direction without entering the melting pot when the plating device is removed from the melting pot, and can be expanded and contracted on the exit side of the continuous annealing furnace and tilted at the installation angle. In a continuous hot-dip plating and annealing facility having a snout capable of performing, a seal for preventing outside air from flowing into the furnace at least to a snout in which the exit side or the tip of the continuous annealing furnace is buried in the molten metal during hot-dip plating. Continuous hot-dip plating and annealing equipment characterized by comprising an apparatus.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a continuous hot-dip plating and annealing facility according to the present invention. After the steel sheet 1 is continuously annealed in the continuous annealing furnace 2, it enters the melting pot 6 through the snout 3. The traveling direction of the steel sheet 1 is changed to the vertical direction by the pot roll 7 in the melting pot 6,
It is pulled up from the melting pot 6 via the support roll 8. Thereafter, the amount of plating is controlled by spraying with the spray nozzle 9.

[0007] The snout 3 is provided with a snout expansion / contraction tilting device 4 which changes as the pass line of the steel sheet 1 changes during continuous hot-dip coating and continuous annealing.
Is designed to expand or contract. Further, a seal device 5 is provided to prevent outside air from entering the continuous annealing furnace 2 from the tip of the snout 3 when switching from continuous plating to continuous annealing and during continuous annealing.
The sealing device 5 is provided at an appropriate position on the snout 3 side as shown in FIG. 1 or a continuous annealing furnace 2 as shown in FIG.
Must be installed on the exit side.

Further, according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, even when continuous annealing in which the snout 3 is stretched or tilted by the snout expansion / contraction tilting device 4 and the snout is pulled up is performed, the continuous annealing of the outside air by the sealing device 5 is performed. Since the flow into the furnace 2 is blocked, the steel sheet 1 does not oxidize. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the sealing device 5 is installed in the snout 3 and continuous annealing is performed. The outside air tries to enter the continuous annealing furnace 2 through the snout 3, but the outside air is supplied to the continuous annealing furnace 2 because of the sealing device 5. I can't get in. Since the steel sheet 1 is sufficiently cooled when it goes out of the continuous annealing furnace 2 through the snout 3, the problem of oxidation no longer occurs. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 2, even if the sealing device 5 is installed on the outlet side of the continuous annealing furnace, the same effect can be obtained because the steel sheet 1 is already sufficiently cooled.

According to the above-described facility for continuous hot-dip plating and continuous annealing according to the present invention, the outside air flows into the annealing furnace through the opening of the snout at the time of switching or continuous annealing. Oxidation can be prevented. Therefore, it is possible to omit the pickling equipment in the line that was conventionally installed to remove the oxide film of the steel sheet,
The problems of increased equipment costs and the treatment of pickling liquid wastewater are eliminated.
