Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered heat-insulating cup made of paper with a heat- insulating material wound around a side wall wherein the cup is excellent in adhesion as a cylindrical paper body member on a surface of the heat-insulating layer and the side wall and excellent in re-stackability at the time of filling contents in the heat-insulating cup. SOLUTION: A tapered heat-insulating cup 1 comprises a cup body having a paper side wall 10 and a bottom wall 20 wherein a liner paper surface 10a of a heat-insulating material wound around a surface of the side wall 10 and an internal surface 10b of the side wall of the cup body are approximately smooth, the heat-insulating material has a heat-insulating layer 40, and the heat-insulating layer 40 is made of embossed paper having numerous spot protrusions 40b and spot recesses 40a. A plurality of elongated groove-like recesses 50 by embossing are provided on at least the liner paper surface 10a of the heat-insulating material linearly downwardly from a cup mouth 16 toward the bottom wall 20.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a taper cup made of paper or plastic before filling with contents is conventionally filled with the next cup in a stacker of a contents filling machine or a vending machine. It is nested, stacked so that it is not bulky (stacked), and when filling the contents, drop the bottom one cup that has been stacked and take it out (hereinafter referred to as restack) and fill the contents It is well known to do.

However, at the time of filling the above-mentioned contents, a restack failure phenomenon, that is, two cups arrived together or none of them came out depending on the stacking state of the cups, the shape of the cups, the state of the front and back surfaces, and the like. There was something to do.

In particular, in the paper heat-insulating cup according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 7, when a plurality of cups are stacked, the slipperiness of the innermost layer surface (10b) of the cup side wall and the liner paper surface (10a) is increased. For this reason, the cups were closely adhered to each other, and the refilling property was poor in the content filling machine as described above.

Various measures have been taken to prevent the above restack failure phenomenon. For example, in a plastic cup, as shown in FIG. 8, the bottom wall (20) is formed on the inner surface of the cup side wall (10). ) Protrusions near (30)
Are provided at the same time as the cup body by injection molding or the like, and in the stacker of the content filling machine, the bottom portion (12) of the stacked cup side wall (12) is the projection (30) of the stacked cup.
As it does not fall any further, space is created between the cups to facilitate restacking.

As in the case of the plastic cup, the protrusion (30) is formed simultaneously with the molding. It was difficult to apply. In particular, in the case of a heat insulating cup in which a heat insulating material having an embossed heat insulating layer is wrapped around the body of the cup body, the heat insulating material is stacked in a more tightly adhered state due to the effect of the heat insulating material, and thus has a problem due to restackability.

As described above, the present invention has the following effects. That is, it has a side wall made of paper and a bottom wall made of paper, and the innermost layer of the side wall and the liner paper surface (10a) of the heat insulating material are substantially smooth, and are wound around the side wall of the cup body having the heat insulating layer in the middle. In the heat-insulating cup, since the heat-insulating layer is made of embossed paper having a number of point-shaped convex portions and concave portions, and a heat-insulating material having a plurality of elongated groove-shaped concave portions formed by embossing at least on the liner paper surface, Stacking the heat-insulating cups creates multiple groove-shaped spaces in the stacked heat-insulating cups, which reduces the adhesion between the heat-insulating cups, thus improving the re-stacking property when filling the contents. it can.
