Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wood-waste laminate flooring which reduces the possibility that children or the like stumble thereon, can prevent injuries such as bruises even in the event of stumbling, drains so well as to resist corrosion, and permits effective reuse of waste tires, waste plastics, and the like. SOLUTION: Wood parts (upper parts) 10 made of wood plates 11 and waste parts (lower parts) 20 made of waste tires or the like are integrally laminated with the wood parts 10 at the top, and the waste parts 20 are projected upward by 3 to 5 mm from the plate surfaces, from the circumference of each plate 11 including oblong holes 12 and cuts 13, these projecting parts 21, 22, 23 functioning as walking anti-slips and also as parts reducing overturning impacts. The waste part 20 is porous and has good water permeability to prevent corrosion of the plate 11 through the improvement of drainage. The upper part may be made of plywood, ceramics, bricks, or tiles.

2. Description of the Related Art Generally, soil around children's playground equipment such as slides and swings in a park or the like is compacted due to the lawn being peeled off or sandy ground being blown by wind. . If a child falls on such a ground, it is dangerous not only that the clothes are soiled but also that the head is hit.

[0003] In addition, the danger of falling down is not eliminated by simply laying bricks on the ground, and when laying only wooden flooring, it is not only slippery, but also increases the danger of falling down, and also drains water. However, there is a problem that the floor material is corroded at an early stage.

The "lower portion made of waste rubber and / or waste plastic" is defined in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No.
No. 53320, which corresponds to “porous rubber (layer)”, for example, after mechanically crushing waste tires to remove organic fiber cords, metal cords and the like as tire reinforcing materials. Crushed rubber (average maximum particle size 0.2-25
mm (see FIG. 2 (a) of the same publication)) and a binder (Coronade 2011 or the like manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Co., Ltd.) is mixed, and then the crushed rubber is heated and pressed in a mold. It can be composed of a compression molded body of required dimensions. The “porous rubber (layer)” having undergone such a process has continuous pores having excellent air permeability (see FIG. 2 (b) of the same publication).
Thus, the "lower portion" is porous and has good water permeability.

In the present invention, as the raw material of the "lower portion",
In addition to the above vulcanized rubber such as waste tires, waste plastics such as PET bottles, agricultural vinyls, plastic packaging materials, and synthetic fiber materials can be used. When fiber materials are mixed, fibers are mixed in a net shape. However, the strength of the lower portion against rupture can be enhanced.

FIG. 3 shows a state in which the flooring material 1 is laid on the ground where the soil around the playground equipment for children such as a park is compacted.
It is explanatory drawing shown using the BB cross section of FIG. The joint between the flooring material 1 and the flooring material 1 can use any known method such as a required adhesive or a connecting tool. The joint portion is appropriately supported by the joist 30, and a waste material portion is attached to the joist 30. 20 can be fastened by an anchor bolt or the like. In this case, the protruding portion 23 having a relatively large area corresponding to the notch 13 comes on the joist 30, so that the cushioning property of the protruding portion 23 with the joist 30 can be improved. Since the waste material portion 20 having water permeability is present between each plate member 11 and between the plate member 11 and the ground, drainage is improved and corrosion of the plate member 11 is delayed.

FIG. 4 shows a special joint member 31 (see FIG. 5) for strengthening the joint between the floor material 1 and the floor material 1.
An embodiment using is described below. The joint member 31 is a soft plastic or wooden member in which the left and right cylindrical bodies 32 are integrally connected by a connecting piece 33. After fitting the joint member 31 into the waste material portion 20 including the notch-corresponding protrusion 23 of each plate material 1 that is in contact with each other, a screw (screw needle) is formed along the axis of each cylindrical portion 32 by a required screw driver or the like. By driving in and fixing the tip to the joist 30 (see FIG. 3), the joint portion can be firmly joined and tied. still,
It is necessary to form a notch in the waste material portion 20 for fitting the joint member 23, and this may be provided at the time of molding by the above-described mold press or after molding.

The floor member 7 shown in the jointed state in FIG. 7 has a convex portion that is horizontally convex on the left side and the lower side of the floor member 7 so that each floor member 7 is vertically and horizontally jointed by an interlocking method. In addition to the four concave portions 81, four concave portions 82 which are concave in the horizontal direction are provided on the right side and the upper side. In addition, the convex part 81 protrudes above the surface of the wood part 70 as a part of the waste material part 80, and performs a slip function and a cushion function in addition to a joint function. Each wooden board 71 of the flooring 7 is in contact with each other near the left and right sides thereof, and a rectangular gap 73 is set therebetween. A waste material portion 80 protrudes upward from the gap 73 similarly to the long hole 72. In the flooring 7, a series of base materials can be used at the time of manufacturing, and there is no need to provide an interval between the base material and the wooden board 71.

As described above, in the flooring material according to the present invention, a porous and water-permeable waste material lower portion is laminated on an upper portion made of wood or the like. If it is made of wood, the upper part is not susceptible to corrosion, and can provide an effective way of recycling waste tires, waste plastics, and the like. Further, by projecting at least a part of the lower part slightly above the upper part, the protrusion functions as a non-slip for walking, and the child or the like falls down and hates, and even if it falls, the cushion of the protrusion is formed. Due to the nature, the impact is reduced, and injuries such as bruises can be prevented.
