落する人があり、仕事の面白味を理解する為に長時間が
必要であった。特に、物流産業は現在の若者に人気がな
く求人も難しいのが実情であり、新人教育の重要性が求
められるという問題点があった。 【0003】 【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はこれらの欠点
を解決するためになされたものである。従来搬送する荷
物の形態が異なり体積が違うために、箱詰めに手数がか
かり又、搭載車に無駄な空間が発生し物流業務の効率が
悪かった。また、工場から工場へ、またメーカーから商
店へ日常物流産業が業務とする物品搬送を本考案による
配送パッケージを利用して仕事を習得するために、従来
ガイダンス等の説明書による教育やオンザジョブ トレ
ーニングの訓練で習得していた。しかし、職種によって
は不可能であったり、又、効率が悪く途中で脱落する人
があり、仕事の面白味を理解する為に長時間が必要であ
った。特に、物流産業は現在の若者に人気がなく求人も
難しいのが実情であり、新人教育の重要性が求められて
いる。本考案はこれらの問題を簡素化すると同時に、ゲ
ーム性があり且つ、娯楽性を加え楽しんで短期間に職務
を覚える教育教材として開発されたものである。従って
効率の良い配達パッケージ及び配送教育器具を提供する
ことを目的としている。また、この教育教材のレベルを
低く簡単にし、子供用の教育玩具の活用を提供すること
もできる。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に本発明は開発されたものである。大きさの異なる物品
を搬送するため搬送車の体積に対応して搬送パッケージ
を造り又、パッケージ内を搬送物に応じ間仕切りするこ
とにより、荷物搭載の無駄な空間を無くし配送先へ確実
に且つ、迅速に配達することができる配達パッケージの
考案である。この配達パッケージは一定の体積形態が特
定するため荷詰が簡単になり、数量の間違いが少なく、
搬出入が簡素化できる特色がある。また、この発明は物
流業を基本にして商品の配送をゲーム化したものであ
り、職務の基本的な要素を簡単なものから複雑なものへ
と変化させて組み合わせる事のできる教材である。従っ
て、事例が多数構成できる為あきることがなく習得でき
るものである。配達業務の仕事のファクターを分析する
と、配送ルート種類、配達数、配送車両搭載量および車
両の荷物搬出入のドア数がある。これらの要素に任意の
数字を当てはめてると同時に、サイコロやカードにより
偶然性を高め選択枝を増やして組み合わせ構成する。こ
れにより組み合わせは無数になりゲーム性が向上し学習
効果を高める。図2及び図3に示す様な配達車の模型
(5)やパンの模型(8)で実施することで実感があ
り、単に習得するだけでなく体得を学ぶことができる。

材を提供することもできる。また、この教材に本発明以
外のパッケージを使用する事に何ら制限を加えるもので
はない。
