Description of the Related Art In retail stores and supermarkets, fresh foods such as vegetables, fruits, fresh fish, meat, etc., processed foods such as prepared foods, boiled tsukudani, sliced ham / sausage, grilled pork, or dumplings, shumai, shrimp fry Such semi-processed foods are stretch-wrapped on foam trays made of polystyrene resin or transparent trays made of polypropylene resin. Good products with good appearance were obtained from such stretch packaging. However, the stretch packaging method has a problem that, when a liquid is contained in an article to be packaged, the liquid leaks out through a gap between the superposed films. For example, when the packaged product is a food, the liquid juice, seasoned, boiled soup and the like in the food leaked to the outside, thereby contaminating other items. Therefore, recently, a sealed stretch shrink wrapping method has been widely used, which has both excellent characteristics of the display effect of the stretch wrap and characteristics excellent in the sealing property of the shrink wrap and the suitability for high-speed automatic wrapping.

"Keloid-like". In particular, when the packaged material is piled higher than the side wall of the tray, or when the surface has adhesiveness or viscousness, such as sagging food or stewed food, and comes into contact with the heat-shrinkable film. If so, this tendency was noticeable.

No sealing hole is provided, and it is wrapped in a sealed state. Then, it is a packaging method in which the heat-shrinkable film is heat-shrinked by a heat-shrink tunnel or the like so that the film has tightness like stretch packaging. That is, in the sealed stretch shrink wrapping method, when the object to be wrapped is wrapped, the folded film end is not simply brought into close contact with the back surface of the package as in stretch wrapping, but is completely hermetically sealed.

Then, press the wrapping body with a sponge roll or sponge plate to discharge excess air, or remove excess air by suction and deaeration. Heat seal. The obtained sealed envelope is guided into a heat shrink tunnel, and the heat shrinkable film is heat shrunk. In addition, as a simple method, there is a method in which an object to be packaged placed on a tray is sandwiched between heat-shrinkable films folded in half, and the object to be packaged is hermetically sealed using an L-type packaging machine. .

である。SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sealed stretch shrink wrapping method in which an unshrinked portion remains on a heat-shrinkable film and the portion does not have a "keloid" shape. . In particular, if the item being packaged is
When placed higher than the side wall of the tray, or when it comes into contact with a heat-shrinkable film, it has adhesiveness or viscous properties, such as sagging food or stewed food, which is most unsuitable for sealed stretch shrink packaging. Even if it adheres, it is intended to prevent the heat-shrinkable film from exhibiting a "keloid" shape due to an unshrinked portion. Further, the present invention is intended to prevent water droplets from adhering to the synthetic resin film placed on the packaged object placed on the tray and making the contents invisible.

When using a horizontal pillow type automatic packaging machine, a flat heat-shrinkable film is formed into a tubular shape by a former,
A package is placed on a tray, and a synthetic resin film is placed on the tray and inserted into the tubular body. Then, a heat-shrinkable film is formed so as to minimize space around the tray and the package. After overlapping and heat-sealing while pulling both ends of the heat-shrinkable film, excess air is discharged or sucked, and the front and rear sides of the tray on which the packaged material is placed are brought as close as possible to the tray to heat-shrink the heat-shrinkable film. To obtain a sealed envelope. The obtained envelope is guided into a heat-shrinkable tunnel, and the heat-shrinkable film is heated and shrunk to obtain a sealed stretch-shrink package.

They are in contact via a synthetic resin film. Therefore, the heat-shrinkable film in the portion that is in contact with the object to be packaged via the synthetic resin film is heated due to the low thermal conductivity of the synthetic resin film. Since the temperature rise is not hindered at the time of shrinkage, no unshrinkage portion is generated. In addition, the frictional resistance between the heat-shrinkable film and the synthetic resin film is much smaller than the frictional resistance between the heat-shrinkable film and the packaged item, particularly, fresh food, processed food, and the like. The heat-shrinkable film in the portion that is in contact with the article to be packaged can freely shrink when the heat-shrinkable film is heat-shrinked, and does not generate unshrinked portions.

ようにすることは有効な手段である。In particular, when the object to be packaged is raised higher than the side wall of the tray, the contact area between the heat-shrinkable film and the object to be packaged becomes large. It is an effective means to cover the heat-shrinkable film so as not to hinder the temperature rise during the heat-shrinkage of the heat-shrinkable film and to reduce the frictional resistance between the packaged object and the heat-shrinkable film. Further, if the packaged material has adhesiveness or viscous properties and adheres when it comes into contact with the heat-shrinkable film, the heat-shrinkable film in the adhered portion is prevented from increasing in temperature during heat shrinkage. In addition, since it is not possible to heat shrink freely, a synthetic resin film is put on the packaged article of the present invention to promote a temperature rise during heat shrinkage of the heat shrinkable film, and It is an effective means to make heat shrink freely.

It is obvious that the present invention is not limited to the contents described in the examples. Example 1 A tray made of expanded polystyrene resin (length × width × height 120 mm × 195 mm × 35 mm)
200 g of boiled boiled intestine of a packaged item is placed on the plate, and a transparent polystyrene film (length × width × thickness 11) is placed thereon.
0 mm × 160 mm × 20 μm). Incidentally, both sides of the polystyrene film were subjected to anti-fog treatment. As the heat-shrinkable film, a multilayer heat-shrinkable film in which the core layer was a polypropylene resin and both outer layers were a linear low-density polyethylene resin was used. The heat-shrinkable film had a width of 350 mm. The thickness of the heat-shrinkable film was 6 μm for the core layer, 3 μm for both outer layers, and the heat shrinkage was 35% in the vertical direction and 30% in the horizontal direction in hot water at 100 ° C. .

ていた。The flat heat-shrinkable film is formed into a cylindrical shape by a former of a horizontal pillow wrapping machine, and the object to be packaged placed on the tray and covered with the polystyrene film is inserted therein. The films are overlapped while drawing both ends, and the overlapped portions are heat-sealed. Then, it was lightly pressed from above with a sponge plate, and after excess air was discharged, a fusing heat seal was applied immediately before and after the tray to obtain a sealed envelope. The obtained envelope was passed through a heat shrink tunnel controlled at 120 ° C. for 3 seconds to obtain a sealed stretch shrink package. The resulting hermetically-sealed stretch-shrink package had no unshrinkage in the heat-shrinkable film and had a good appearance. In addition, the package had no water droplets adhering to the surface of the polystyrene film covered on the seasoned boiled cow intestine, and the inside was clearly visible.

A hermetically-sealed stretch-shrink package was obtained in the same manner as in Example 1. In the obtained sealed stretched shrink wrap, the portion where the heat-shrinkable film was in contact with the seasoned boiled cattle intestine of the wrapped material was not shrunk and exhibited a "keloid" shape, which was unsightly.

It is excellent for display at retail stores and supermarkets.
In addition, the method of the present invention is also suitable for high-speed automatic packaging, so that it is also suitable for high-volume packaging at production centers and processing plants. In addition, the method of the present invention allows the heat-shrinkable film to remain unshrinked even if the package is raised higher than the side wall of the tray. Products with excellent effects can be obtained. Furthermore, the method of the present invention can be applied to a package that is adhered or viscous and adheres to a heat-shrinkable film to be wrapped and that adheres when contacted with the heat-shrinkable film. As a result, it has become possible to wrap items that were conventionally difficult to be stretch-shrink-packed, such as food with sauce and stewed food.
