Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hopper device mountable and removable with one operation and to make simply and easily performable the entire maintenance by providing a projecting means arranged on the bottom of the hopper device, male and female connector means arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the hopper device and a means that is that is freely locked with the projecting means. SOLUTION: A male part 17 of a connector is arranged on an outer peripheral plane 16 facing an exit 12 that is the front end part of a hopper device 11. A female part 22 of the connector is arranged at an upper side of a mounted board 21 through an angle piece 23 between them. The part 22 of the connector is in an almost rectangular tube shape and is attached to the piece 23 by a pair of long shafts penetrating through a pair of flange parts 24 of a peripheral wall in a freely slidable way. A rectangular window hole 31 is opened in front of the part 17 of the connector on the board 21 and also a locking device 33 is arranged under the edge of the hole 31 through the piece 32 between them. The device 33 is a small box type made of a resin in which the one end opens and freely inserts a projection body 15 of the device 11 and also freely locks it.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hopper device for paying out a plurality of thrown-in coins one by one, and in particular, the present invention relates to a mounting mechanism for such a hopper device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mounting mechanism of a hopper device suitable for a change machine for storing a plurality of types of coins thrown in by being sorted by denomination and preparing for change. The term “coin” used in the present specification includes coins, which are currencies, and also includes special coins such as medals and tokens.

2. Description of the Related Art Various mounting mechanisms for a hopper device have been developed. For example, Japanese Patent Application No. 6-123019 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been developed with the object of simplifying the mounting mechanism of a hopper device and allowing the hopper device to be removed or mounted with one touch. In other words, the present invention has been developed for the purpose of allowing the hopper device to be detached or attached with a single touch so as to simplify and facilitate the entire maintenance when a trouble occurs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention comprises at least a projecting means disposed on a bottom surface of a hopper device, a first connector means disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the hopper device, and a first connector. A hopper device mounting mechanism comprising: a second connector means that can be freely connected to the means; and a means that can be locked to the projection means. The large rectangular shape shown in the upper part of FIG. 1 is a hopper device 11 which is formed in a substantially rectangular tube shape and into which coins are inserted from above. A slightly large disk (not shown) is rotatably disposed in the bottom of the hopper device 11, and an electric motor with a gear (not shown) serving as a driving source is incorporated below the disk. A plurality of through holes (not shown) are opened in the disk, and coins are sent out from the outlet 12 one by one through the through holes by the rotation of the electric motor. Claims (3)

[Claims] At least a projecting means arranged on a bottom surface of a hopper device, a first connector means arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the hopper device, and a first connector which can be freely connected to the first connector means. An attachment mechanism for a hopper device, comprising: a second connector means; and a means capable of locking with the projection means. 2. A hopper device mounting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein said second connector means and said locking means of said projecting means are arranged on a mounting means of said hopper apparatus. 3. The hopper mounting mechanism according to claim 2, wherein said first connector means and said projection means are connected and locked by movement in the same direction.
