2. Description of the Related Art In screen printing, two screens of a squeegee device are arranged by placing a screen plate on a printed material such as a printed circuit board, fixing the screen plate, and moving the squeegee device in one direction on the upper surface of the screen plate. A printing material such as ink is ejected from between the blades and is placed on the printing object through a pattern hole formed in the screen by the blade,
Thereafter, when the screen plate is peeled off, a pattern is formed on the substrate.

[0003] However, it is well known in the art that in order to obtain high-accuracy screen printing, a so-called separation operation of separating a screen plate from a substrate is important.
That is, the printing material pressed into the pattern holes of the screen plate through the squeegee device is still in a soft state without being sufficiently solidified in the pattern holes. This is because the printing material well placed on the upper surface of the printed material is also kicked or scraped by the inner edge of the pattern hole, so that the pattern mounted on the upper surface of the printing material changes. Therefore, it goes without saying that separation of the plate requires careful work.

Conventionally, the separation of the screen plate is performed by lifting one side of the screen plate from the starting point side to the end point side of the screen plate after the squeegee device has moved the screen plate. And It is originally desirable that the separation of the screen plate be peeled off by lifting it up in parallel and perpendicular to the substrate, but the screen plate itself is made of a thin metal plate or the like,
Since the surroundings are surrounded by the frame, even if the frame is lifted horizontally, even if the center of the screen plate is slightly smaller than the periphery of the frame, it is a reality that it will hang down, This is because the result is the same as above.

Furthermore, even when the frame is lifted horizontally, the center of the screen plate hangs down and peels off at last because the screen plate itself has elasticity. Thereby, since the entire screen plate flaps, not only is it kicked or shaved at the inner edge of the pattern hole as described above, but also the printing material mounted on the screen plate falls on the printing material, Lifting the frame horizontally was not feasible in practice.
