2. Description of the Related Art A hanging mechanism that is placed on a stage ceiling of a theater, a hall, an arena, or the like, and that suspends curtains, stage equipment, props, lighting equipment, sound equipment, and the like on a baton and moves up and down,
There is a manual type, but in recent years, the lifting and lowering of the hanging mechanism on a stage having a relatively large scale has become an electric type controlled by a computer.

However, in the case of an electrically driven hanging mechanism, the hanging object is moved at a constant speed. It is possible. Therefore, the suspended object may be controlled by a program that also takes into account such "intervals". However, since "intervals" are unique timings on the stage, it is necessary to predict and program in advance. Is impossible. And if you move the suspended object up and down without considering this “between”, the stage effect will be reduced,
The performance itself could be ruined.

[0006] As described above, if the lifting rope is operated manually, the suspended object suspended from the baton can be raised and lowered at an arbitrary timing and speed by the operator. If the pulley is moved downward by the contact / separation moving means to a position where the friction surface with the friction is sufficiently secured, and the pulley is rotated by a motor, the electric motor can be used to suspend the pulley. The lowered suspended object can be raised and lowered.

5 is provided between the original pulley 3a and a pulley adjacent to the original pulley 3a (hereinafter, only this pulley is specifically referred to as W1), and is provided with a pneumatic cylinder device S1 as a contact / separation moving means. It is a contact / separation turning pulley that moves toward and away from the wire rope 4 and is turned by a motor M. In this embodiment, since the cylinder device S1 is provided on the ceiling of the stage F in this embodiment, when the rod of the cylinder device S1 is projected, the contact surface with the wire rope 4 is increased. When the rod descends and the rod of the cylinder device S1 is retracted, it rises so as to release the contact of the wire rope 4.

The location of the cylinder device S1 is as follows.
Since the motor M for rotating the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5 is provided, it does not interfere with the movement pulley 6 or the pulley W1 described later when the contact / separation / movement rotation pulley 5 is moved toward and away from the vehicle.
The driving force of the motor M is transmitted to the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5 via an output shaft.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a movable pulley which is provided between the original pulley 3a and the moving / rotating pulley 5 and moves horizontally, for example, by a pneumatic cylinder device S2 as a moving means. As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), for example, the movable pulley 6 places a movable table 6b provided with a pivotal support member 6a of the movable pulley 6 on a saw blade T. A connecting member 6c is provided on the lower surface to connect the rod ends of the horizontally arranged cylinder device S2.

Next, the lifting and lowering of the suspended object suspended on the baton B in the suspended object mechanism 1 having the above configuration will be described. For example,
If the suspended object needs to be raised and lowered irregularly due to the effect of the performance of the stage F, it is performed manually. In order to raise and lower the suspended object manually, the suspended object mechanism 1 moves the pulley 5 of the cylinder device S1 into and out of the wire rope 4, and moves the pulley 5 away from the wire rope 4, that is, as shown in FIG. As shown in ()), the wire rope 4 is not wound around the pull-off / moving turning pulley 5, and the moving pulley 6 is separated from the pulley W1 by the retreat of the rod of the cylinder device S2. Then, when the operator pushes and pulls the lifting operation rope 2 in a state where the load of the suspended object and the balance are maintained by the counterweight 3,
The suspended object moves up and down.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1B, the rod of the cylinder device S2 is driven to protrude so that the movable pulley 6 approaches the pulley W1. In this state, the angle of the arc contacting with the wire rope 4 becomes, for example, 180 ° or more in this state, and a sufficient frictional force is applied between the pull-off and rotation pulley 5 and the wire rope 4. Can be obtained. Then, by rotating the motor M in the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5, the wire rope 4 is moved up and down by the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5, and the suspended object can be raised and lowered.

As described above, the hanging mechanism 1 of the present invention is provided with the moving / moving pulley 5 and the moving / pulling pulley 5 on the manually moving up / down feed path of the wire rope 4. 5 is lowered so that the contact surface with the wire rope 4 is increased, and the moving pulley 6 is moved so as to approach the pulley W1.
And it is possible to raise and lower the suspended object by electric power. For example, when it is necessary to make the lifting speed of the suspended object irregular depending on the performance or when the weight of the suspended object is relatively light For example, when it is necessary to lift and lower the suspended object at a constant speed or when the weight of the suspended object is relatively heavy, the suspended object can be selectively used for lifting and lowering.

The embodiment described above is based on the configuration according to claim 2 of the present invention. However, as an example corresponding to only claim 1, a configuration in which the moving pulley 6 and the cylinder device S2 are omitted. Becomes In other words, the moving pulley 6 in the above embodiment increases the contact surface of the wire rope 4 with the moving / rotating pulley 5 that moves down when it moves down.
As shown in FIG. 4A, the vehicle was approaching the pulley W1.

Therefore, if the descending stroke of the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5 is increased, the friction surface between the wire rope 4 and the contact / separation / rotation pulley 5 increases as shown in FIG. The moving pulley 6 and the like can be omitted. In this case, the pulley W may be fixedly disposed between the original pulley 3a and the pulley W1. Of course former pulley 3
The distance between the pulley W and the pulley W1 may be narrowed, and the moving / rotating pulley 5 may be provided therebetween. With such a configuration, the same operation and effect as described above can be obtained.

As described above, in the hanging mechanism according to the present invention, in order to raise and lower the suspended object manually, the operator operates the lifting / lowering operating rope to move the suspended object vertically. In this configuration, the contact / separation moving / rotating pulley is moved toward / away from the wire rope by the contact / separation moving means, and the motor is rotated by the motor. It is possible to switch between the manual type and the manual type, and to use the advantages of the electric type and the manual type properly according to the performance, the weight of the suspended object, and the stage effect, and to effectively produce the stage.

Further, in addition to the above-described structure, the hanging mechanism of the present invention includes a moving pulley which is moved by a moving means near the contact / separation moving / rotating pulley. Even if the lifting / lowering stroke of the pulling / moving pulley is small,
The angle at which the wire rope is wrapped around the pull-off / moving rotary pulley can be increased, increasing the contact surface with the wire rope.
That is, the frictional force can be increased.
