Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the water after washing sand/gravel by vibrating the washed and/washed gravel and using a vacuum device. SOLUTION: Washed sand/washed gravel is fed onto a net by a conveyor and is temporarily dehydrated by vibration of a vibrator or the like. The falling water is discharged from a dehydrating port G of an E bed. The washed sand is made flow to a sand discharge port D and is shaken by a vibrator to make its level horizontal. The washed sand is dispersed at a point I near a center and flows to the sand discharge port D. When it passes on the net above a vacuum bed F, the water content of sand on a sand dehydrating bed K is sucked into the vacuum bed by using a vacuum device. The sucked air and water pass through a withdrawal line 9 and are transported to some other place and forced treatment is undergone. An inclination 14 is provided in a body. Sand on the vacuum bed F is sucked to a tank by vacuum to equalize sand stream on a water receiving bed E and the vacuum bed F. In this way, without dropping fine sand or the like containing water to a road, fixed quantity transportation by trucking is made possible.

Conventionally, vibrating bulls are used to sort large and small particles.
In addition, water was removed by using a shock due to vibration.Water was washed away from gravel, etc., which was extremely inefficient.

According to the present invention, a tank (FIG. 3F) is formed at the lower portion of a vibrating brewer's sorting net for the purpose of lowering the water content of the gravel sand washed with water at a gravel plant or the like, and a suction device or the like is used. Moisture is sucked into the tank to remove water from the cleaning gravel sand (Fig. 1D) and then discharged and transported by a conveyor or the like.

[0004] Fig. 1-11 Conveyor (The drawing uses a conveyor. It is also possible to input directly from a sand recovery machine.
As shown in Fig. 3C, the net of Fig. 3E layer is placed on top of Fig. 3-3. The net on the E layer is put on the upper J point. Washing sand flows to the point D and is shaken by the vibrator to become horizontal.
At one point near the center, the sand spreads evenly across the center and flows to the outlet at point D. It passes over the net on the upper part of the F layer. Intake the moisture of the sand on the K layer into the F layer. The inhaled air and moisture are transferred to another through 9 pipes and forcibly treated using a vacuum tank, etc. The slope 14 is attached from the point in Figure 3-I. (Conventionally, dotted line 1
The sand on the F layer is drawn into the tank by vacuum and the flow is worse than the sand on the E layer.
Efficient dewatering by equalizing the flow of sand on the layer and the F layer In this way, there is no water flowing down from the loading platform during truck transport, and fine sand etc. contained in the water does not drop onto general roads and trucks are transported quantitatively Dust pollution can reduce overloading, etc. in anticipation of flowing water
