Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform floor heating effectively without requiring any dedicated heat source and to warm up the entire room effectively by utilizing the warm air circulated through a room, a downward air supply passage and a floor air supply passage and utilized for floor heating again for warming up the room. SOLUTION: A suction port 22 fitted with a fan 23 is made in the wall surface at a position close to the ceiling 4 in a room 2 installed with a warming apparatus 21, e.g. a fan heater. A falling duct 24 having one end communicating with the suction port 22 and the other end communicating with one end 28a of a floor air supply passage 28 is installed in the wall 5. The floor air supply passage 28 has the other end 28b communicating with a delivery port 30 made in the floor 3. The floor air supply passage 28 is formed while being bent in zigzag in a warm air convection panel 16 comprising joists 27 sandwiched between a pair of plate materials 26. The warm air convection panel 16 is set directly under a floor finish material, 17. The air warmed up by the warming apparatus 21 passes through the suction port 22, the falling duct 24 and the floor air supply passage 28 and returns back into the room 2 through the delivery port 30 while warming the floor 3.

Conventionally, as a heating apparatus for both indoor heating and floor heating, for example, a heating apparatus described in Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-7181 is known. The heating device described in this publication uses a single heating heat source, an indoor blower that supplies the heat of the heating heat source onto the indoor floor as hot air, and the heat of the heating heat source is supplied to the floor. A floor blower for supplying warm air to a floor warm air path provided below is provided. The indoor blower and the floor blower are controlled by a common control device. However, the heating device described in Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 60-7181 has a problem that the heating efficiency is poor because the indoor hot air path and the hot air path below the floor are separate systems.

[0003] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-139325 discloses a heating device for heating by circulating warm air heated by a heat source through a circulation path formed in a ceiling, a wall, or a floor. However, in this heating device, the room is heated by heat radiation from the ceiling, the wall, or the floor, and hot air is not directly supplied to the room, so that the entire room cannot be efficiently and effectively heated. Also, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No.
In the heating device of No. 9325, by providing a joist between the discarded floor plate and the floor finishing material, a circulation path as an in-floor air passage that is bent in a zigzag shape in the floor is formed. Since the formation of the circulation path, such as installation of joists, is performed by construction on site, there is a problem that a large number of man-hours are required to form the circulation path, which leads to an increase in construction costs.

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described. In the drawings, the flow of air during heating is indicated by arrows. When heating, room 2 by heating equipment 21
The air inside is warmed and rises. And electric fan 23
, Warm air in the upper portion of the room 2 is drawn as warm air from the inlet 22 into the duct 24, and is sent downward through the falling duct 24. Further, the air flows from the falling duct 24 into the in-floor air passage 28 in the warm air convection panel 16 and flows through the joist 27 of the in-floor air passage 28 into the room 2 again from the discharge port 30. . In this way, the circulation of the air repeatedly passing through the falling duct 24 and the in-floor air passage 28 in the room 2 occurs.
The floor 3 is heated by passing warm air through the in-floor air passage 28. The warm air flowing out of the discharge port 30 is used again for heating the inside of the room 2.

As described above, according to the configuration of the above embodiment,
Heating equipment 21 such as a fan heater that directly heats the interior of room 2
The floor 3 can be directly heated by effectively using the heat generated by the floor, and without using a dedicated heat source for floor heating,
Effective floor heating is possible. And room 2 with a single heat source
Heating inside the building and floor heating can be performed at the same time, and the need for a dedicated heat source for floor heating is eliminated, which can reduce utility costs and improve economic efficiency. Moreover, in the room 2 and the falling duct 24
By circulating the air between the floor and the in-floor air passage 28, the warm air used for floor heating is used again for heating the inside of the room 2, so that the entire room 2 can be efficiently and effectively heated. .

Further, since the in-floor air passage 28 is formed in the unitized warm air convection panel 16 composed of the plate material 26 and the joist 27, the in-floor air passage 28 is formed by the warm air convection. This can be easily performed by a simple operation mainly including the laying of the panel 16. In addition, the joist 27 allows the in-floor air passage 28 to be formed in a zigzag shape that is substantially uniformly distributed throughout the floor 3, so that the entire floor 3 can be heated substantially uniformly. Further, since the warm air convection panel 16 is provided directly below the finishing floor material 17, the finishing floor material 17 itself forming the floor surface in the room 2 is directly heated, so that the underfloor (soil) is heated. The floor 3 can be heated more effectively than in the case where the

FIGS. 4 and 5 show a modification of the warm air convection panel used in the heating device of the present invention. The warm air convection panel 41 is made of a plate material with irregularities having irregularities on one surface. When the finished flooring 17 is laid on the warm air convection panel 41 with the uneven surface facing upward, the tip surface of the convex portion 43 serving as a joist of the warm air convection panel 41 comes into contact with the finished flooring 17, A space layer serving as an in-floor air passage 28 is formed between the warm air convection panel 41 and the finished flooring material 17 between the mutually independent convex portions 43. As shown by arrows in FIG. 4, the in-floor air passage 28 allows air to pass therethrough, and allows convection of warm air in the present heating device. In the case of the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the in-floor air passage 28 is formed directly below the finished floor material 17, so that the floor heating effect is further improved.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, a warm air convection panel 41 having an uneven surface facing down may be laid on a floor base material 46. In this case, the distal end surface of the convex portion 43 of the warm air convection panel 41 is in contact with the floor base material 46, and forms the in-floor air passage 28 between the warm air convection panel 41 and the floor base material 46 between the plurality of convex portions 43. A space layer is formed. The finished flooring material 17 is laid on the warm air convection panel 41.

The warm air convection panel may have irregularities on both sides, and a space layer serving as an in-floor air passage may be formed between the warm air convection panel and the finished floor material and floor base material. . In addition, the shape and size of the convex portion are appropriate, and any shape may be used as long as a continuous space layer can be formed. Further, as a component of the warm air convection panel such as an uneven plate material, an appropriate component such as a resin molded product or a metal component can be used. A variety of other configurations of the warm air convection panel are possible.
